Beautiful hotel, and luxurious room. Very friendly staff, and super bar staff. Very stylish interiors and comfortable bed - loved the room furnishings. Super location close to the best of Dublin City.

The Japanese toilet in our hotel room bathroom was a little irritating as every time one entered the bathroom it started to 'perform'. Service at breakfast was slow and cumbersome, but i think it was our primary server rather than service in general.

The Leinster was the perfect location for our stay as my wife ran the Dublin Marathon. From the hotel it was easy to get to start and to get back to hotel from finish. The breakfast of the hotel was superb! Modern hotel!

The only thing I did not like in the hotel room was the fact that the room is very small. There is not even space to put two suitaces to get your clothes out. There is no place to store or or unpack ones clothes. So not sure how to live in the room not having space for your suitcase and clothes. The other thing we really disliked is the electric toilet. The seat goes up and down all the time when you are just close to it. So it makes a noise. I understand the idea, but would have preferred just a normal toilet.

Great location, 10 minute walk to centre and in the nice part of town. Staff were friendly, kind and efficient. Lovely smell in the hotel. Dyson hairdryer in the room. Shower was great but could have been hotter. Bed was very comfortable with really soft sheets. Soft and fluffy towels in bathroom also.

Room was not very spacious. Need more mirrors in room for hair/make up etc. No tissues in bathroom. The toilet is a gimmick and was hard to use the settings. It started making noise in the middle of the night and woke us! No free hotel parking.

We (me & my wife) pretty much liked everything about our stay at The Leinster. The room is spacious, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom 👌 Went to Cha Cha, the restaurant on the ground floor on a Jazz christmas brunch by a recommendation from the staff in the lobby. And holy cow what a delightful brunch it was. Very good musicians and singer with a great song choice. If you have the chance, don’t miss out 🤩 Also had dinner in the restaurant upstairs. Had a very nice meal there. My most praise of all goes to all the staff that was super nice and helpful in all places in the hotel. Special thanks goes to the staff in the lobby ♥️ Can easily recommend and I travel quite a bit.

Nothing.

My Son loved the very high Tech Japenese toilet, my whole family got send a video on all the things it done!!! I adored the interiors. Just beautiful. Beds were super comfortable which is important for me as I’ve a bad back. Lovely bar downstairs…. You would be happy to sit there for food and drink. Upstairs has beautiful restaurant but it is expensive. This is a non residential area of town; mostly offices so it’s lovely & quiet at the weekend. But it’s only 10-15 min walk into main area of city to shops and bars. Also all staff were so lovely. Rooms are small but great facilities for instance Dyson hairdryer. Nice snack options in the room ( at a cost) you can see really good thought put into little details in the hotel.

It was all great. A teeny side note to the bar” put more non alcoholic moctails on the menu.

The decor is stunning, the room was bigger than expected and everything feels luxurious. The location is perfect for exploring south city centre and in a great area of town. It was my partner’s birthday and the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Evening turndown service is a nice touch. The hotel bar is gorgeous, great cocktails! We loved our whole stay.

The only tiny issue was our window wouldn’t sit flush against the frame so didn’t close fully at night. We are used to road noise so this didn’t bother us too much but might be a problem for someone looking for complete silence at night. As I said, a very small issue and if it had bothered us too much we would have flagged it to reception.

Georgian style with very a very modern twist. Well stocked minibar in the room stocked with mostly great value Irish choices including cold still/sparkling water complementary. Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch, Japanese toilet was an experience. Bed very comfortable, high quality bedding. Mara at reception was fantastic and made our stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was really good and cocktails on the ground floor also very good.

Nothing, unfortunately we didn’t get the turndown service as promised but that was irrelevant as overall our stay was exceptional. We will definitely return for our next trip.

The attention to details. Very comfy bed. Staff were amazing and very friendly ( apart from downstairs restaurant manager) but it was NYE

The manager in the downstairs restaurant wasn’t friendly and whilst I understand him Questioning how long (exactly) we would be having drinks for on NYE he cOuld have done so with a smile. The manager upstairs on the other hand was the opposite and excellent. Couldn’t fault anything else at the hotel.

New and well appointed. Great location with a 10-15 walk to some good downtown areas and the Avis

Requested a one hour room extension and the front desk was unprofessional on handling the request. On check in they were excellent (the manage very good) but when he wasn’t there the lady was useless . Made me feel like a criminal for politely asking and ended up in the end telling me she had no authority and would get back to me on it. Which she didn’t . Terrible customer service. Also at breakfast the staff were very loud , talking socially about rubbish. I asked them to keep voices down and take it into the kitchen . Looked to me like a boyfriend of one of the ladies was hanging around.
