Great location, walking distance to town square & eateries, bed was comfy, shower had good pressure, Netflix available on tv, had everything you needed for your stay, alittle dated, but clean & quiet as it's set back from main road

Could have done with more milk for a 2 nights stay & the body soap in shower wasn't topped up like the coffee when I 1st arrived, but that was really nothing to moan about, it was a good stay, would stay again happily

The motel has a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, which are well-equipped with modern amenities, make for a pleasant stay. The friendly and accommodating staff is always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. In my case, we used their washing machine and dryer, which were super high quality. You really appreciate the free use of washing machines and dryers, especially when travelling with children.

Great location and so quiet, we both kept commenting on how quiet it was. The room was great, bathroom/shower a little old school but worked well. The spa was an awesome bonus, and we would definitely stay again. Staff were awesome and friendly.

I found the bed too hard, but partner loved it. The bathroom space could do with a revamp but still worked as it should. Daily fresh milk would be a bonus but no biggie.

Great location, just off main road but no road noise as we are approx 60 METRES inside from the road. Our 3rd time we have been here. Rosie OGradies is very close great place lovely warm and friendly. Great Park down by the river Turn right and straight down the road it on your left before the bridge.

Consistent quality accommodation that is close to the square and walking distance to both the mall and two supermarkets. Located down a driveway offset from one of the busiest roads, the motel is quiet and you don't get a lot of road noise. My wife and I have stayed here as a preference for the last 20 or more years. It remains our first choice in Palmerston North.

Beds were comfortable and excellent service.

The smell of the room was a bit weird, I recommend an air freshner to be placed in the room for some fresh aroma especially for the next guests. There were also kids in the next room keep banging the wall continuosly and they run around knocking on our doors. We informed the staff and they called the guests, however, the noise didn't stop until around 10pm. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

great location, close to town, parking was good. clean, spacious, cooking facilities. unit had plenty of room to spread out and sprawl, but were intown to be in town so not so much time spent in the room.

bathroom was a little tight, parking was a little dense but these were minor issues. the layout and drive through might have been a little tight for larger vehicles.

The private spa pool was what attracted us in the first place and it did not disappoint. A four seater in a small purpose built room off the kitchen. The proprietor was helpful and the unit clean and tidy. We had a two bedroomed apartment which was spacious. We were thankful for the heat pump and electric blankets. There were lots of spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. The kitchen was well stocked and catered for 6 people. I especially liked the empty cupboard in the kitchen as there’s often nowhere to put food. The mall is in easy walking distance. The units are back off the street and we didn’t hear any traffic. We’d happily book again.

There are a few small areas of maintenance that need attending to - strip below shower and the toilet roll holder, for instance. However, it felt like maintenance is usually well attended to and I’m sure they’ll be sorted out quickly.

Good central location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Paknsave really close. Nice and clean. Good shower pressure. One bedroom unit had king or queen bed in bedroom and single bed in lounge. Good quality sheets. Good pillows. Kitchen had microwave, 4 hobs and elect frypan. No oven, which is usual. Set back off road so a bit quieter than motels right on road. Netflix a bonus.

Slightly dated room but everything worked.

The units where very well maintained, and were clean, tidy and the cartpets and furiture, beds where all new and in excelletn condition. Also it was super close to the square, but because it was set back there was no noise at all. Liked that it was all ground floor too, and car parking was at the door of the unit.
