Excellent location a half block from the Duomo. Breakfast is not included, but is available in the adjoining hotel breakfast terrace one floor down for 13 euros each, a good breakfast with good service. The hotel has an elevator from the ground floor to the room floor. Room was large, clean, comfortable beds, good storage, modern bathroom, tile floors, a mini-fridge, and AC (very nice in a very hot June). Complimentary wine, water, and snacks were in the room on the first day. The breakfast terrace is a restaurant at lunch and dinner; food was good and it was convenient to be able to eat on the terrace at the hotel after a full day of touring Florence. For a two star hotel this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The property was close to everything. Five minute walk to the leather market, 15 steps to the Domo, so close to restaurants. I’m a solo woman traveling alone I felt safe and secure. The hotel staff is so very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don’t have anything to improve on for the hotel it’s a 2/3 star hotel. You can pre-pay and get breakfast or you can pre-pay but still get your free coffee or cappuccino every day. I think it’s a great hotel for the price and for being so close to everything

How closer it was from the center - literally beside the Duomo. From the station it's less than 10min walk and super easy to get there. The room I stayed had a lot of space. The staff is wonderful and they gave me places to go to eat and have a drink. Also they have a coffee machine that it's free for guests until 11am which is also very thoughtful. The room and bathroom were really nice, bathroom all brand new. Very safe and easy to reach even after hours if you go and explore the city a bit more which I do recommend. The windows were good and besides the Duomo's bells, I couldn't hear anything else.

I didn't find anything I didn't like, honestly.

Would have been nice to have a few more towels and also the noise from other guests is very loud and the room is not very insulated from the sound inside.

Ok, this isn’t the Ritz! But it is an amazing hotel in the heart of Florence! The location is amazing, the staff super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are traditional and a little basic, bed side tables, dresser, TV (with pretty good channels) a wardrobe and a chair all very traditional but SO CLEAN! I don’t ever write reviews but honestly this little gem in the middle of Florence is excellent and so worth it! I’ll definitely stay again in the future! Thank you for the excellent stay!

What an amazing experience from beginning to end! Upon arrival we were mesmerized by not only the location but by the size of the room. Extremely comfortable, spacious, AMAZING view from the most romantic window and the best welcoming surprise! Andrea not only was communicating through the entire process but upon our arrival, the most beautiful personal touch was added to the room. Having a personalized welcome to our honeymoon, made our stay just so perfect in every single way.

Excellent. The location was perfect 👌🏻 Near to the Duomo. Very short walk from the Florence main station. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

The location was amazing. Just a few steps from the Duomo. It is located in the heart of Florence. We only stayed for 1 night, but we are looking forward to staying here again. Our room had a view of the Giotto Bell Tower. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is the same way. An ideal facility for 2 people. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was also complimentary water and mini wine at the room. You can also drink free coffe and hot chocalate at the reception area.

The only negative thing was the lack of beddings in bed. They used two sheets to cover the duvet. We tied the sheets to sleep properly.

Hotel Costantini's location is excellent. It is close to so many beautiful sites, and also close to many excellent restaurants. Giulia and the other people at Reception were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the views out our windows. We also enjoyed having a drink on the terrace of the restaurant located one floor below Hotel Costantini. We also appreciated the caffe machine in the lobby.

If you are a light sleeper, you might hear late night revelry outside on the street. For us, the location was worth the bit of revelry we heard one of our nights.
