The location of the appartments were fantastic. You could see then castle on the hill once you walked out the main door and there were plenty of ammenities along the street to eat, drink and wonder around in. The appartment itself was warm, modern, very high ceilings with lovely windows that let so much light in. The bed was comfy and everything was just spotless. The staff were so welcoming and we could leave our bags with them checking out, as the flight wasn't until the evening. There was plenty of brochures for the city available in the stand by the front door. The location and appartments felt very safe.

We were booked into a studio apartment but when we got there it was a one bedroom so it was a nice surprise to get an upgrade. The apartment was very spacious and do clean not speak of dust anywhere. There is no cooking facilities but if you ask for a hob they will give you one. You also get iron and iron board, kettle, microwave, fairy liquid, scourer, tea towel and there is a fridge and microwave. There is also a smart tv , we were greeted warmly on arrival and the man who met us was lovely and very friendly and informative. The bed was so comfy and loved the big fluffy towels in the bathroom and the shower was good. All the staff are lovely and friendly too and he whole hotel is spotless and very good location and would recommend anyone to stay there

The stairs as there isn’t a lift but it’s great exercise so don’t really mind

Great location, the room was a really good size and comfortable. Well laid out and the kitchen was very handy and well stocked with tea and coffee etc. The bed was a brilliant size, fairly comfortable but that is a very selective subject! Overall a very comfortable stay. We arrived after dark, so the surprise of the amazing view of the castle outside was amazing the next day

It was ground floor level which gave an excellent view and volume of the 4am fight outside, however that isn’t really the fault of the premises, to be fair it was a Saturday night and the Rugby had been on that day!!But, if you are a light sleeper maybe request a higher room, it would be worth it to enjoy all the positives about the premises.

Great spacious apartment in central Edinburgh. Self check-in was easy and convenient. I had a basement room that backed out onto a nice courtyard that had tables and chairs. The room was clean and spacious and had a large, comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean and had underfloor heating. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and ironing facilities. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, a variety of teas and biscuits, fresh coffee, cafetiere, etc. Everything I needed for a nightstop.There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer that's free for guests to use. For the location and size of the apartment, it was very good value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no mirror in the bathroom, and the plug in the bathroom sink wouldn't close or seal. There is space for a mirror, so I'm not sure why there wasn't one. The plug just needs replacing. Both minor issues.

Everything was great, but one issue slightly impacted our experience. The environment, design, and quality of services were truly satisfying, but the reception was closed even during their working hours, which caused some inconvenience for us. When we needed assistance, there was no access, and it felt like we were on our own throughout our stay. If this issue gets resolved, staying at this place would be a flawless experience.

Location absolutely wonderful for catching local, buses, the tram and also close to,Waverley station. As a whole it was a good stay.

I chose s ground floor room as I have mobility issues. What we discovered when we arrived is that you have to climb about 6/stairs to enter the reception area and then you have about 13 steps down to your room and that is the only way in or out. I suggest you Book a 1st floor room to have the least amount of stairs. Also while it’s wonderful to have use of a washer and dryer it would be great to have a manual somewhere on what the symbols mean. Luckily after having my clothes still very damp after drying I went on you tube, looked up the dryer make and changed the setting appropriately.

Location was excellent. The building and room was in great condition and spotless upon arrival. Great sized bed and loved the option to choose a room with a garden. Facilities and everything in the room was of a high quality, couldn't ask for anything more.

Major issues with WiFi connection on ground floor apartment, the only way we could get connection was outside the room in the hallway. Some noise issues as we chose a room with a garden which was shared with another room, guests were outside on the phone shouting around 11pm-2am, but that is not the fault of the apartment. As we stayed for four nights it would have been nice to avail of daily housekeeping, the room was cleaned after the first night but after that we had to ask staff to remove rubbish.

The location was perfect. 1 minute away from Princess Street, making it ideal for walking or catching the bus to top attractions. The apartment itself was amazingly clean. They have thought of everything for your stay. We stayed in the apartment with garden access this would be ideal in the summer . It was a very lovely stay. We had a warm welcome by the gentleman at the desk. He was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was amazing. Just a change of pillows, and it would have been perfect. I suffer from neck pain, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Other then that, the apartment was beautiful.

Visited for my 30th Birthday with a group of friends, Magic the host was a pleasure to talk to and all the staff were polite & helpful. We have 2 apartments across from each other, both were clean, modern and had comfy beds & good facilities. The location was ideal just 10/15mins from the train station perfect for visiting the old town, shops & bars, pubs & restaurants. Would highly recommended for anyone visiting the city. The only thing to keep in mind is the steep steps as we were on the top floor and it’s an old building with no lift, but they did have lower level rooms.

The host was super Accommodating! Myself and a couple other friends have bad knees, and she recognize this and Moved us to a lower floor. Which was greatly appreciate. It was nice of them to hold luggage prior to check in and after check out. They recommended a breakfast that we got a discount that was delicious. Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. It was a great experience. An excellent location.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing I would do is add a fan in the smaller bedroom. There was a fan in the larger, which they could’ve shared.
