amazing views, love the little perks of curtain opening as you entered the room & minibar is all included! Never seen that before in a hotel. Room was spacious, spotless, modern & beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable sleep ever. Location of shops, restaurants, sky view platform, casino, everything 🙌 Service was amazing from every staff member, from the moment we pulled up to the building & my door was opened for me. Can’t remember the last time that happened! The valet service was exceptional. Old school amazing service. Beautiful decor throughout.

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like except the price of the room which was a little high.

Amazing pool area. Great facilities service is pretty quick. Staff was very helpful and very polite Very beautiful interior and great view of the river It’s an amazing place to stay if you are a foodie as there are so many amazing restaurants you can go to downstairs Vallet staff were very proactive and amazing

The chrome casing wasn’t working and it kept on cutting in and it was very frustrating to set up for it to only last know more than half an hour before cutting out and spending 10 or so minutes to recast Very limited selection with food you could order by the pool though

Location is close to Southbank which is a short walk away and walking distance to 711 / easy mart if u need to get supplies such as soft drinks unless u want to pay $7 for a can of coke from room service. Level 7 where the pool and sauna is nice

The onsite parking was on the otherside of the road from the star - if u havnt been there before it’s easy to miss the correct street to get to the hotel. The minibar in the room is free for the items already stocked ie peanuts chips and soft drinks and water however replacements will then incur a charge. Has coffee machine in the room

The property is huge clean and new. The receptionist who checked us in is so nice. Able to check in early and late check-out. Our favourite; 3 heated swimming pools and the steam room Shower pressure is so good

The bed is firm and pillows are bulky hurting our neck. Sokyo plated breakfast is average. Ordered extra hot Cappuccino arrived warm only 3quarters of a cup. Given breakfast without cutlery and one staff asked “do you need knife and fork?” Of course! Staff there need more training. Better cappuccino at food quarter inside casino. If it wasn’t included in our room accommodation would not eat there.

Stayed in the river suite and it was fantastic! Expensive but it felt worth it. It was well stocked with snacks and drinks (all included) and all amenities included (even a toothbrush amd shaving kit). The bath was so spacious and the rain shower was lovely. The view was phenomenal, especially at sunset - though we could see straight into the office building next door (it was the weekend so this wasn't a problem for us). We were lucky and had the corner room and didn't even need to go up to the Skydeck since our room had such a nice view. The carpet was so squishy and soft, and the room was huge. The only problem we had was using the guest only elevator because people were still using it to get to the casino or parking but it wouldn't let us go to the guest floors when someone pressed a public floor button (probably for security reasons but it was a bit annoying). But that was the only issue we had. Everyone was so friendly and we really felt special staying there.

City suite was super spacious and with a great view over the leisure deck area. Complimentary fruit and bedtime essential oil/bath salts delivered to our room was a lovely surprise. Robes were soft and large shower was beautiful. Easy access to the footbridge over to Southbank was very very handy. Pool area was finally open (previous visit it was closed) and was lovely, but it was a very windy afternoon so not too pleasant. 360 deck looks amazing at night and great for cocktails and hanging out.

Wifi was a little slow. Very slow room service. The online app was confusing for ordering with allergies.

From the moment I stepped out of my ride to the hotel, I got 5 star treatment from staff. Having not been to Brisbane for a long time and not to that part of town, Lobby staff were incredibly helpful to giving me the best tips of what to do and see. The room exceeded my expectations and the bed and pillows were so comfy (and I'm usually the first to be disappointed in both).

It was perhaps the time of year and week, but I thought the restaurants would have been open later than 1030pm for a late night something.

Comfy,clean, super easy and efficient check in,close to everything we needed. The reception staff that served us was awesome and lovely.

The only disappointment was when we had the breakfast. There very long wait times, it came across as very unorganised,no table numbers,the poor wait staff constantly running around and putting food on wrong tables and getting orders mixed up. One wait staff lady noticed we hadn’t been offered water and still didn’t offer any, tried to get someone’s attention but felt like they were avoiding customers. Didn’t get offered water till 30mins later when we were halfway through food.

Pur room was upgraded to a river view, which was spectacular. The curtains automatically open for you to see everything as soon as you walk in the door. There were complementary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. The bathroom was spacious and tidy with two alternative shower heads. Parking was directly underneath the building, so it was easy access. You can walk out the doors and be an easy five min walk to anywhere in the city, including Southbank, which is great if you have kids. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. If you like me and you love the bath robes and the little extras, they include all of that as well. We were so excited to finally stay here, and we can't wait to come back when the pool facilities are open 🙌 also all the lights and bedroom controls are on touch pads right beside the bed so you can relax and have full control with out even needing to move, lights also have a dim setting for added comfortability.

No negatives from us

Rooms were fantastic, very modern, very comfortable. Staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. Hotel also includes complimentary snacks so you don’t have to get out to buy something in case you need anything in the night.

Hard to fault. But there was a leftover face towel in the shower. Not sure why, as there was no face towel provided. Could have been more careful. But human makes mistakes. Just putting it here for improvement. It did not tarnish my stay in any way.
