Location was good for our purpose of travel. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Basic but ok for the price.

They don’t have tv channels so you need to put YouTube or Netflix which is ok. But when you try to connect to WiFi the their services does not hold streaming so you’re left with a useless Tv. When asked at reception about WiFi they said: I don’t know what to tell you we can’t do nothing but you can use your phone as a hot spot. Basically: solve on your own. If you’re a tourist with a limited internet plan, better make yourself to the idea that you will not be able to watch tv.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient, close to several underground stations and lots of shops, cafés and restaurants, yet the street the hotel is on is nice and quiet. The room is very basic but updated and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is small but also updated and has a good lay-out.

The weather was hot and it heated up the room a lot, too. The only window is in the bathroom and it doesn't open very far and only let in fresh air when it was windy. There was a fan in the room but it was noisy and not very effective. Bed could be a little more comfortable - the mattress was nice and firm but slanted to one side?

The location is the best thing - two underground stations in less than 5min away. You can walk to major touristic attractions such as Notting Hill and the Portobello market plus the Kensington Palace. Besides, one block away is a very cool street with several restaurants, souvenirs shops, drugstores and supermarkets. The employees were always very nice and friendly.

The room is very simple, not even a small table is available but if you’re not planning on spending much time inside, it’s not an issue. There are rooms in the basement, which was were I stayed and I didn’t realize it was a possibility. The stairs are very tiny, hard to move big luggage.

Check in staff excellent - welcoming, efficient, and carried case to room (no lift but stairs well-lit). Shower excellent - water hot, water pressure excellent, individual small containers of soap and shampoo + conditioner - the latter extremely welcome: so many hotels today have large dispensers set too high on the wall to access soap/shampoo easily, and rarely is there any acknowledgement that conditioner is a must. Here, at least shampoo + conditioner. Bed comfortable - upgraded from single to double was welcome. Easy distance from Royal Oak tube station as well as Bayswater tube station, and one street away from busy shopping centre with cafes, supermarkets, restaurants. (Bayswater tube station is in that street, Royal Oak simply requires walking in a straight line down the road (name of road changes on the way). Easy to get to Oxford Street, Bond Street, Edgeware Road - I walked and it took me about 20 minutes.

Shower curtain was not a guard against the water coming onto the floor outside, though it would be difficult to fit a door - could do concertina style though the space is very small. Be careful of the step from shower to floor. I prefer individual shampoo and conditioner - that is, not together as here ... but that the hotel continues to provide small, individual containers of soap, shampoo is welcome and at least conditioner is there although it is in the one container with the shampoo.

Good location next to Hyde Park and underground stations with a few shops and places to eat. A decent price for what you get, especially in London. The room was comfortable & the staff were friendly and everything needed was provided. There was a power outage out of their control, and the front desk was informant, and the issue was solved quickly!

The bathroom could use some attention. The towel rail after the first night came off the wall & would not stay on, and the joint that held the shower pole up was almost about to fall off too. Another user stated TV issues & I must agree that the Internet would not connect for Netflix etc & the TV channels would not load with a continuous loading symbol on screen instead. We just used modile Netflix instead.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had an updated shower. The location is amazing- close to Queensway station and Bayswater station. Only took me 20-30 minutes by tube to get most places in central London.

The rooms were small and didn’t have much in them. No lamps or chairs. The bed only had one pillow. It felt like a private room at a hostel, but that is just what I expected when I booked and you can’t beat the price for a hotel in central London. I would 100% stay here again.

The location was perfect! Right next to the Queensway station. The street behind the hotel had a lot of souvenirs stores and places to eat like McDonalds, Subway, Pret a Manger and pizza places. The hotel was so beautiful in such a cozy street. The staff was super friendly to us during the whole stay. The room was perfectly cleaned and the shower was so hot! It made our stay in London just perfect!

Nothing!

Good location, 24/7 reception, area felt safe, lot’s of shops and restaurants near. Good shower, great air conditioning machine, toiletries, bed was comfy -the sheets not so much. Check out was 11am but some nice man gave me an extra 20minutes to do my makeup in the room :)

There was no chill out area at the reception, just the reception desk. Before checking in, you can’t really wait at the hotel lobby cause it’s so small and there is nowhere to sit. But you can leave your luggage there for free

The staff! Kerrie, Maria, and Suresh was exceptional. Kerrie was helping us a lot with our luggages when we had to leave them a day earlier. She did not hesitate to help us at all and guided us really well. Maria was so helpful with our taxi booking and our short chit chat was so meaningful. Suresh was also really friendly and able to answer to all our questions during check in. Will definitely come back to this hotel during our next stay in London!

Location and staff are amazing. Very friendly and it’s so close and easy to get to in central London. They were so helpful and safely tagged and kept our luggage till we came back to officially check in. Staff is the best at the place. And the location is close to 2 tube stations and not that far from Paddington either. So many tube options to reach the place.

The room was a bit too small, and the window was in the bathroom. So to get fresh air you need to keep the bathroom door open. Not great. And difficult to live around with the double bed. That room was a bit too tight for booking a standard double room.
