First up, this isn't a full-service hotel where people will attend to your demands 24/7. It's more of like an AirBnB. The place is located on a wing of a floor of a building and is divided into several rooms. There is a kitchen all the guests can use, complete with everything one needs to prepare a meal. The location is just near the SMN train station and a short walk to the attractions. The room was clean and I even had a balcony overlooking the train station.

The numpad lock of the gate outside broke during my stay there, but it was more of a property problem than a problem of the establishment itself. You can also easily lock yourself out of your room by accident, which happened to me...

Clean and comfortable small room. Good shower. The AC worked well. The person working there was nice and helpful. I could leave my bag on the last day while I was visiting the city since I had a late flight from Florence. A rather short walk to the historical centre. I found it convenient to be so close to the train station. A very good price for the accommodation, especially considering Florence.

Solo female and I felt safe and welcomed. Staff were nice and helpful. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Shower lovely, good AC, lots of amenities in room such as more blankets if needed and a nice balcony which was a lovely touch in a city location. Some good views from room including the Bell Tower.

Really minor but the bedside lights gave off a pink/red light that made it impossible to read without the full overhead lights on.

It was my first trip to Italy, so I didn't know how to transport to the destinations. The man at the hotel instructed me in detail about transportation in Florence. Finally the location is very nearly the train station and I can walk easily to the center.

Great place! Very clean and enough amenities for a short stay for a solo traveller. Very close to the train station which was a priority for me, but still only 15 min walk from the centre. Host was very sweet. Nice little bar as well on the corner as well which was handy for a coffee/night cap.

It’s a little noisy which doesn’t bother me too much but might not be good for light sleepers - especially if you are near the front door as you can hear people coming in and out. A few unsavoury characters around the station as is typical in a lot of cities but never felt unsafe and was always busy with tourists.

I stayed at the Nancy House with my son in April 2025. We were truly delighted with everything. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was right around the corner from the main train station. We would especially like to thank the "good spirit" of the house. He let us store our luggage without hesitation on both the day of arrival and departure and provided us with a shower the evening before our journey home. Very good location, just about a block from main train station. Main attractions are within walkable distances, but also there are lots of public transports that you can take in the corner of the building. Room is comfortable and the view from the window was great!

The bath is shared with other rooms, but it really wasn't a big problem. The code to open the main entrance also opens the building door, so don't go inside when someone else is leaving.

The place was great. It was near the train station and not too far from the city's main attractions. We were a group of five and rented two rooms. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and both had small balconies. There was also a small shared kitchen where you could cook and a shared refrigerator to store food. In places with shared common areas, your experience can depend somewhat on the other guests; in our case, we had no major issues.

At night, the street noise can be a bit disturbing.

The location was next to Florence main station and 5 minutes away from the bus station so an excellent location for arriving and departing. It was also minutes walk from central Florence so sightseeing was easy. Our room was at the back so it was fairly quiet. It was very comfortable with a good bathroom and there was a small kitchen which guests could use. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was on the 5th floor of an apartment block but there was a lift so access was easy. We could leave our luggage there and pick up later before we left for Pisa airport. There was a good cafe/bar next door for coffee, cakes etc.

Nothing. Would stay there again.

The location was great next to the train station. The room was clean and the toilet and shower facilities were fine. The 'host' was very good at explaining the codes on how to get through the gate, and the doors. The room had AC which was very important since it was 98 degrees the day I was there. A picture of the entrance that was sent the day before I arrived was extremely helpful.
