Room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was included, though I think this is for a limited time as this is a new endeavor from the Turim Hotel chain. Full access to the facilities and a great experience overall!

You have to check in at the Turim Hotel that is immediately to the left of the Boulevard Boutique Hotel. This wasn't anywhere on the booking or previous reviews and we only guessed through the pics of the booking.com page.

The breakfast was outstanding. Every staff person was extremely helpful. The room decor was simple, modern, and functional. The room made me feel special.

I forgot the procedure for getting the keys on arrival, so I was worried when I couldn't get into the room. I went next door to the reception desk, and all was good. My neighbors were a bit noisy, but I brought earplugs so it wasn't an issue. A bottle opener would have been handy to have with the utensils. Not a good view from the room, but that wasn't important to me.

The accommodations were pristine and comfortable. The location was quiet with some great restaurants easily within walking distance. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool/lounge area and the bar with food service was exceptional. The entire area was simply beautiful and we would go back without hesitation.

Only minor things were noted. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. We would have appreciated having a coffee maker in our room which had a small kitchen area. Breakfast wasn't included in our reservation promotional but no information as to how we might have obtained breakfast at the hotel at our own cost was mentioned at check-in.

The place was clean and cute and cozy. Bed had lots of big fluffy pillows and you could get really comfortable with it. Staff were super helpful and considerate. You’re on a main shopping strip so there’s lots of stuff around and the metro entrance to the subway is right out your door. I liked it.

For whatever reason every time the subway leaves the station (which is every 4 minutes from 8 am to midnight) you can hear it and it vibrates the place. You don’t notice it as much during the way but when you’re trying to sleep it’s really bothersome. That was the main thing I didn’t like… That and being in the alleyway you don’t get too much light. Rooms were small and i’d have felt cramped with a second person. The wallpaper was peeling pretty bad in one section of the wall which was which was weird because the rest of the hotel was pretty nice.

Great location, very centric but quiet. The room had a great size, was totally new and super clean. The team at the reception were extremely kind, they handed me the keys and accompanied me to the studio. The stay included a breakfast (I didn’t know), buffet, it was really good. The morning after my arrival someone from the hotel came with a beautiful plate of fresh fruit as a welcome token. The studio provides you with the independence of an apartment, yet it grants you all the security and comfort of belonging to a hotel. Honestly one of the best places I could have chosen in Lisbon.

All was absolutely perfect.

The location is in the city's centre, and it is very convenient to reach out to all tourist attractions. service from the hotel, cleaning, water refill, hygiene product refils.

Some sockets are not functional in the room, so one corner of the apartment where the coffee table stands is always dark. Although there is a window on that side, we use the table only in the evening, so it doesn't make sense for the place stay dark. Once you enter the building, you will smell the humidity; it can be improved, but it is understandable.

Excellent location on beautiful street within walking distance to lots! Modern clean comfortable Apts.breakfast in the hotel included. Welcome fruit was a nice touch. We used the hotel rooftop pool also.

Gorg room, kept tidy, everything we needed was provided, lovely bathroom with a great shower.

We loved how clean the property was and how the staff was so welcoming and looked after us throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and pastries along with the best cappuccino we have ever tasted.

Our stay was amazing overall but we would say that when using the shower, the floor ended up being quite wet outside the door.
