Online photos looked great and prices were affordable but we probably wouldn't stay again for longer than 2nights. Room was spacious and clean with allocated parking and free laundry facilities with outdoor clothes line. Large desk and comfortable chairs Separate rooms for guests with pets (so you know you won't stay in a room that previously had animals) Desk fan Kitchenette (sort of)

No sockets under the desk (not sure what genius thought of that) nearest socket was next to the wardrobe. Sockets on 1 side of the bed only ( plus sockets above the bed in the middle of the wall). Carpeted room with no opening windows or fly screens (not great for seaside Queensland town) Bathroom had no storage and 1 towel rack (not sure where they expect to hang 2 bath towels + hand towel) TV has 6 local channels

Accomodation was reasonably priced. Room was very big, very tidy and clean and Management and Staff were very friendly and always very helpful if I needed anything for my room. I would definitely book there without hesitation on my next visit to Townsville.

Definitely no complaints about the Accomodation but outside on the main road there is some road works going on at the moment with an increase in a flow of traffic to the area throughout the day but that's not forever I guess.

Great value for money. This is not a resort Motel but was clean and basic.

unfortunately road works made it difficult to leave and enter, obviously not Motels fault. The room we were in had the neighbours car park space was right outside our door, so when they started their car we got a room full of car fumes (even when the door was shut). There is only one small mirror in the room and no hairdryer. Rooms are only serviced if you're there over 3 days too. On the bedhead in our room was an old strip light, which didn't work and you couldn't lean back and sit up in bed.

Every time I come to Townsville, I choose to stay here. I’ve booked many times, and the experience is always consistent. The rooms are quiet, I feel very safe, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The location is easy to find, very convenient for transport, and the parking is always hassle-free. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable every time!

Pet friendly with a lovely fenced and grassed yard for the fur children. My fur babies are a “bit barky” so I appreciate the tolerance, particularly as when we stay, we are 3 days on the road. I stay here a couple of times each year on my driving trips between FNQ and Sunshine Coast. Super clean!! Nice towels and bedding. Love that there is a handwash in the bathroom. Good air conditioning. I have no complaints at all. To make things perfect I could suggest getting smart TVs or google chromes in the rooms and raising the height of the shower heads. These are not essential but the only improvements I can think of.

We really did love staying here. The people are great and it is very easy to find. We were staying for basketball and it was close to the stadium. I would definitely stay here again and tell all of our friends as well.

It was small. For a family room with five it was very crammed. There are other family rooms that we would try next time but it was just beds in a room which is fine for overnight but for weekends of sport the facilities weren’t great for us. I did have friends in another family room and theirs was amazing I just got the wrong room for us.

Great size of the room. Nice ensuite bathroom. Very good laundry facilities (free washers and dryers) but I hope no-one takes advantage or abuses the generosity of the proprietor. Undercover parking was very nice.

The shower has a very low flow water saving rose but that is a minor gripe considering. The water was nice and hot.

I have stayed here twice now, and find the location good for me - it's close to where I need to attend an appointment and doesn't require me to drive into the city centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Probably not something I would book for a week's holiday but for a night or two, it is perfect.

Just be aware that the rooms (and I've had a different room each visit) do NOT have a hairdryer, or water glasses.

Nice looking room , had a garden for the dogs . Staff friendly . They had a smart TV , you could use streaming services.

The are having work done in the roads so their was noise but this is not their fault just something to be aware of if you were travelling with someone that would be upset by that . I was happy and regularly rebook this place as it’s perfect for travelling with pets .

The room was lovely, ammenities great.

The single bed was rock hard (but probably hasn’t been slept in much). I was with my dad so he had the larger bed - I’m pregnant and had a bit of a rough sleep. The shower head too possibly needs a warning as the pressure is crazy- it was nice but I’m short and it hit me in the face first up. A warning would of been good 😊
