Best location in Broadbeach with so many options to dine nearby. Be it Indian, Italian, Persian, Turkish-- You name it. Also many seafood restaurants as well. The best part of the deal was to get an extra 10 % Discount for dining in La Pacheretta (an Italian Restaurant). Very close to Broadbeach North Tram station and Bus stops as well. You don't need to hire a car as these are accessible very easily. The room felt like home. Very comfy and has good views.

The wifi does not cover the entire apartment. Some blind spots especially in the bedroom of the apartment where we stayed. You have to clean daily unless you stay for a minimum of 8 days ( when housekeeping comes only once midway). This was the first time we did not have daily room service. Also, the starter pack (tea, coffee, soap) will not be supplied once over. All need to be purchased at your own expense.

Location of the unit was perfect, also the unit itself was , clean, stylish, relaxing, comfortable. Made friends with the wild life and enjoyed both ocean and mountain views. Amazing day and night. Air conditioning worked very well, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The hotel atmosphere and decor is very impressive and welcoming , though I didn't swim on this visit the pool was very inviting and very pretty at night. I look forward to having the chance to stay there again

There was a maintenance issue, staff organised maintenance the next morning, Was not something that would usually happen, and was fixed the next day. Only thing that day was I was woken up in the cosy bed earlier than planned and as maintenance was working I was unable to use the shower. Went out and by the time I had returned the job was complete. We also no matter how hard we tried we could not find our room number or connect to the internet , used my phones hot spot, however I suggest if you have the same trouble, take your device to reception and I am sure they will help you find your room number. Ours didn't come up on either phone, unsure why. However I had data I just used that. Didn't even miss my Xbox to be honest.

great location and accommodation. very handy to be in the heart of the gold coast and to be opposite the conference venue

Location was incredible. We were 1 train stop from Pacific Fair, plus walking distance to local supermarket, & as room had cooking facilities, we cooked at home instead of going out. Beach was 2 roads away so a 2 minute walk. Lovely walking tracks both ways. Carparking for our car free & a great system. Had a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, which was awesome.

For a family of 4, only 1 small towel each. Yes we had a dryer to use, but a couple of extra towels would have been great.

Nice views , quite good for the age of hotel. Close to beach and local shops,restaurants, casino ,transport .

Very worn and old , kitchen facilities are OK,but could be better ,so many patches from fixing walls ,doors etc beds not very comfortable. The one thing that concerns me was whilst we were there a fire alarm activated and no one including staff did anything to evacuate , apparently this occurs frequently. If the alarms are activating due to a fault, then fix it , many older people live on premises , a disaster waiting to happen , do better

The facilities are well maintained with a welcoming reception, well looked after lifts, free parking and clean rooms. The staff are also very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

The fact that I had to pay to hire towels for the pool, and that I had to remove rubbish from the apartment at departure. I paid for a hotel, and that part made me feel like this was an AirBNB. The rooms are a little dated, and the TV was so old that it couldn't support my macbook plugging in for an external screen.

Building is beautiful, with so much character and charm, with the rooms still appealing to a modern standard, location is possibly the best in the GC, restaurants and cafes at your door, the beach even closer, you want a trip to remember, it will be impossible for the Phoenician resort to let you down, and the staff were so kind and will give you any deals if they pop up, plus your room key gets you a discount at a restaurant at the front.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach. Our 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a functional kitchen with basic utensils, as well as a washer and dryer. This was especially convenient for managing sandy clothes after beach or pool time with the kids.

The property could use some updates. The shower's sliding door came off its hinge, and a few wall screws needed tightening. Aside from that, no major issues.

It’s abit noisy at night time with traffic and early hrs Monday morning we were all woken up by the streets being cleaned a lot of water hosing pavement and truck noise . We mentioned to reception upon arrival going to the apartment the toilet wasn’t working . Apparently someone did come to fix it but we had to manually flush it for 3 days by lifting the cistern lid and adjusting it . The water level didn’t fill to enable it to be flushed .
