Genuinely loved our stay here. The property is located on the highest 2 floors of a building that is in the center of things, but just far enough from the busy streets to be both very quiet and not overly touristy. The King Suite was spacious, with dark wood furnishings and a light colored couch. The room had insulated windows and 2 AC units, so the temperature was great for sleeping. There was plenty of closet space for clothing and luggage. In addition, there was a restaurant, a pool, a steam/sauna and other services available from the hotel. Outside of the hotel were parks and various businesses like restaurants, a grocery (next door), a laundry (across the street), etc. because the hotel is located in a place where there are some homes/apartments for locals. But when you wanted to get to Republic Square it was just a five minute walk on level pavement to see the museums, fountains, etc.

The bathroom was a bit compact compared to the room size but not so small that you felt claustraphobic (like you might in an airplane bathroom!)

I had a fantastic stay at Central Hotel! Everything was perfect — the cleanliness, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the excellent location, and the great facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. One of the things I appreciated the most was that the staff spoke multiple languages, including very fluent English, which made communication smooth and easy. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Central Hotel truly provides everything you could expect from a great stay. Highly recommended!

The staff, good sincere people. I only had a few hours to stay because of my busy schedule — no time to eat, no time to sleep, and hardly a chance to explore. So I can’t say I collected many impressions. But one thing was very clear: the staff were extremely polite and attentive, and that alone deserves the highest praise. Perhaps one day I’ll return and enjoy the hotel properly — this time with food, sleep, and maybe even some rest! Until then, I can already say the impression is quite a good one.

Location right by a supermarket, lots of coffee shops and near the republic square. Room was spacious and clean. Great housekeeping each day tidying up but leaving things how I put them, the breakfast also consisted of hot and cold and pastry dishes. Staff were very helpful in getting taxis.

The eggs were cooked the same way every day for breakfast and some things in the room were not available i.e. towel warmer. There was also no english TV stations available.

Third time in this hotel. The environment is elegant but informal at the same time. Position is perfect to enjoy the town and not far from the airport. Very comfortable spa and pool. Good breackfast. The staff is professional, gentle and always available. A special mention for Liana that gently supported us in every need.

Rooms are good, breakfast has limited options but I liked what they've offered and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood every morning. They offer pool and massage services but I didn't use those.

WiFi isn't that great, the speed is average and it frequently gets disconnected. Room service is not perfect either, they usually forget to recharge free stuff in the room and sometimes come in at unexpected hour.

A high quality hotel with an excellent staff and attitude. Receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and have everything one needs. Breakfast is ok, but a bit modest. The location is exceptional, close to the Republic Square at the quiet street though. The hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms should be better maintained. One of the phones and the bath mirror light didn’t work in the Superior room. Breakfast should have more varieties. Lactose free milk, for example. The spa needs improvement for sure. The massage room is not good and not relaxing with this light and design. We had a bad experience with the massage scheduling mess.

Perfect location, quiet area but very close to the center (less than 10 min walk to the singing fountains). Super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant breakfast area and tasty food. Our room was literally huge, and the comfortable beds are one more significant plus 👍🏻

Maybe just the coffee at the breakfast could be better.

I booked the Central Hotel for my parents, the staff contacted me before they arrived and after, and were fantastic in their communication to help me feel comfortable. I was very worried about my parents but they answered all my questions very well not only by messaging and calling me sometimes. Their customer service was amazing. Seeing them so friendly and welcoming helped me feel completely at ease.Location of central hotel is also really good.

Wonderful experience. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was surprising. Upon our arrival we discovered that in the room next to ours there was a baby who cried all the time. We asked if it was possible to move to a quieter room. Unfortunately there were no more rooms available in our category. Despite this they moved us to a splendid suite, and not only for the night but also for the following three days without asking us for any extra charge. Thanks again
