A high quality hotel with an excellent staff and attitude. Receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and have everything one needs. Breakfast is ok, but a bit modest. The location is exceptional, close to the Republic Square at the quiet street though. The hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms should be better maintained. One of the phones and the bath mirror light didn’t work in the Superior room. Breakfast should have more varieties. Lactose free milk, for example. The spa needs improvement for sure. The massage room is not good and not relaxing with this light and design. We had a bad experience with the massage scheduling mess.

Perfect location, quiet area but very close to the center (less than 10 min walk to the singing fountains). Super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant breakfast area and tasty food. Our room was literally huge, and the comfortable beds are one more significant plus 👍🏻

Maybe just the coffee at the breakfast could be better.

I booked the Central Hotel for my parents, the staff contacted me before they arrived and after, and were fantastic in their communication to help me feel comfortable. I was very worried about my parents but they answered all my questions very well not only by messaging and calling me sometimes. Their customer service was amazing. Seeing them so friendly and welcoming helped me feel completely at ease.Location of central hotel is also really good.

Wonderful experience. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was surprising. Upon our arrival we discovered that in the room next to ours there was a baby who cried all the time. We asked if it was possible to move to a quieter room. Unfortunately there were no more rooms available in our category. Despite this they moved us to a splendid suite, and not only for the night but also for the following three days without asking us for any extra charge. Thanks again

Overall, the experience was great 👍🏽 All hotel staff including Front Office, housekeeping and breakfast hosts were very courteous and welcoming. Special Thanks to Monika, Lily and Inesa from the Reception for sharing all information for our queries. They upgraded our Standard room to Super Deluxe room FOC. That was icing on the cake !

Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Emilia (in the Breakfast Buffet area). Centrally located and a lot of nearby parks and shops. Republic Square is just few minutes walk away. It stands along the quiet street so you can enjoy your sleep in a spacious room. We love the overall ambiance, cleanliness and the fresh smell of the room too. My kid complimented about it too. Loved the winter garden restaurant too.

None so far. It would have been great if housekeeping staffs can also basically communicate in English. Despite that gap, our request were addressed swiftly.

Big, clean and comfortable room; comfortable, big bed, central location, swimming pool; very profesional and kind manager behaviour - by some system mistake we were asked to pay for breakfast twice - hotel manager apologized, returned money without problem and offered us one free breakfast

Very spacious room, cozy, bright and extremely quiet. Very large bed, room equipped with sofa and desk. Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Excellent location, very close to the city center, restaurants and sightseeing.

Little problems were immediately solved by the extremely helpful staff. Some suggestions though for the hotel owners are: a) The curtains could have been darker so as to keep the sunlight out in the morning. b) Some music in the spa area would make a great ambiance.

I liked the room and the shower , we felt really comfortable! It was very clean and tidy all the time. The customer service was excellent , we will come back! We also had some room service and the food was really good. Next, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing!

Thd location was perfect, close to the Republic Square and most of the attractions, big room and comfortable bed, the staff was so helpful and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and if I come back I will stay again in this hotel.

The breakfast timing was too late. The international standard usually starts from 6:30am to 10:00 .. in central hotel the breakfast starts late at 8:00 , most tours starts at 8:00 which makes it challenging to manage .
