Absolutely everything! This was the best service at a hotel I've ever experienced. The decor was breathtaking and the breakfast delicious! We got to meet the owner and he even played a little joke on us. It was absolutely delightful. I cannot wait to visit Brussels again for many reasons and we will 100% stay at Hotel Mozart.

I have no complaints. The room was small but that was expected. The patrons of nearby establishments could get a bit lively, but closing the window took care of any sound issues. If someone sleeps during the day, this may not be the best location because the window needs to be open during the day for some fresh air, but at night it was perfectly comfortable with it closed.

This hotel is so beautiful, and made our stay in Brussels so enjoyable. The images barely do it justice, so much colour and excitement, everywhere you turn. It's like a baroque Mozart visits Morocco vibe. Winding corridors and staircases and internal courtyards. There were even some cats and kittens hanging around, playing with children. The owner is very friendly and fun, and gave us tea in the evening to relax. The rooms are not very modern or updated, the bathroom was very basic, but I saw that as part of the charm. That said, we had good wi-fi and our beds were nice and firm, we slept very well (actually the best hotel bed I've slept in for ages - I'm not a fan of soft hotel beds). If you like a modern and minimalist place - this probably isn't for you - but the character/warmth of the place is amazing. Also the location is right in the middle of town, seconds from the main square and minutes from central station, but our room was very quiet still.

Breakfast is quite basic - some bread/croissant, butter, jam and slices of cheese, coffee and juice only. Some egg/meat/fruit would make it a bit better. But it is what it is - and the hotel was very well priced so we were very happy given the budget.

The boss of the inn and the man in the reception are super nice, you will feel to be warmly welcomed. The decoration of the whole building is excellent, as if the inn itself is a cute museum! Location is also awesome, near to everything!

The woman serving the breakfast seemed like to swallow me at the moment when I ask for a third cup of black coffee. Actually I had only eaten a croissant with slices of cheese at the moment and nothing else. The only thing I expected for my breakfast is to drink enough hot liquid!Although the reception man had resolved my requirement, I still took half a day wondering if I am a person eating too much like this, or there should be no way that the woman acted like I were digging the base of her house! May be the breakfast is served by a different bakery other than the hotel itself. I surely will recommend the hotel to my friends but really no the breakfast.

If you want quirky this is the hotel for you! From the minute you walk in there is something different to look at. It is a maze of clashing tiles, colours and knick knacks, wonderful. We had a small issue with our room that was sorted instantly. Take time to wander round the corridors and soak in the different colours and surprises round corners, it's very easy to lose your way but most routes lead to reception eventually! I would say this is a must do for an overnight stay if you want something a bit different. Breakfast is included but we didn't eat as we had a train to catch, so can't say if it was good or bad but it smelt lovely.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable one I've ever slept in, it wasn't one of the worst but not the best.

Must visit! It's like a museum. You must meet Ben, the hotel owner. He's an amazing person who has done a lot of charity works and been nominated for Noble Award. He's also very inspiring, humourous, stylish and has lots of life stories to share. I never expected my Belgium trip could be so wonderful. The atmosphere of the hotel is so elegant. The architecture and interior design are impeccable, close to every detail. Also, you can get very delicious mussels and braised beef right opposite the hotel! Amazing!

Staff were very kind and clearly take pride in their hotel and make sure all guests are happy. The decorations are elaborate and charming, so much to see! Nice simple, but tasty, breakfast included and served with a smile! Would stay again.

My room faced the street and was a bit noisy at 6am with delivery trucks, but did get back to sleep when it quietened down. The room was warm; a small electric fan would have been helpful.

This is a Moroccan style little hotel which is great for pictures. Moroccan breakfast is served which is very light consisting of 2 breads, coffee and orange juice. The room and facilities are minimalist. Heating and water pressure is good. Toiletries are provided. Location is superb and its number 1 asset. Outside there are restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly. The owner Mr. BEN is a very good host. He will cater to your needs and it is a delight to have a chat with him. He is a local philantropist and staying here is a like supporting his causes.

Note: This accommodation is not for people who have very high expectations for a hostel. Just ask the staff if you need anything in advance.

The hotel is a delight with the most incredible decorations and winding hallways. There is a beautiful inner courtyard garden which is very peaceful and quiet and with splendid variety of plants. The location is perfect and just off Grand Place is totally central Brussels, my room had a view of the spire on grand Place which was a nice suprise. The owner and staff were very kind and hospitable and there is also a free breakfast included. I was very impressed with Hotel Mozart and am looking forward to staying there again. Thanks to all for a lovely stay.

If you want a very modern, technologic, new hotel, never come to this hotel. But if you want a historical, mystic, exotic, authentic, orientalist hotel, Mozart Hotel is just for you. Decorations of the corridors, rooms, stairs, and breakfast room are attractive, making you to think as if you are in Marrakesh. The breakfast can be better, but no problem, it is enough. The staff is helpful, kind and smiling. The owner Ben, is a very jokeful and cheerful man.
