I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location — just a few blocks away from downtown, but in a quiet area that feels peaceful and safe. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which added to the comfort. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was a nice surprise — you could choose between two options, both freshly prepared and homemade, which gave it a warm, personal touch. All in all, a very good experience — I’d gladly return.

A few small touches were missing — perhaps the check-in felt a little rushed. Nothing major.

The Inn is lovely. My husband and I were thrilled with the woodwork and other features. It felt very relaxing and away from the troubles of today. The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful to walk with many smaller period houses of note. BUT, the most overwhelmingly positive aspects is the staff, including the outstanding chef, Bernard. WHAT BREAKFASTS!!! He is a genius with food and willing to share cooking tips. We will definitely be back, God willing and the cr'ek don't rise.

Treat yourself and splurge at the historic Patterson Inn. The place is gorgeous and clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast by Brandon is phenomenal. Comfy beds! A shower you never want to get out of. Cozy bar with awesome drink menu. We can not wait to visit again!

The history and the beauty was overwhelming. They have information on the house who built it and all the people involved in this lovely mansion.

I booked a lovely turn of the century mansion and that's exactly what was offered when we arrived. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this beautifully preserved building.

Fabulous historic building with massive and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and in a great location on the edge of downtown Denver. We received a complementary beer in the bar which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus. The breakfast which was included was also great.

I loved the beauty and the vibe of this wonderful old-style place, all in wood. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom too, was excellent - with bath and a great shower. The bed very comfortable and everything very clean. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Oh yeah, and great coffee!

The pre-arrival experience. Too many repeated requests from the management team, there was an error on their system so they could not pick up my responses.

Lovely vintage building.

The fact that it is an old building carries with it some characteristics like squeaky floors and creaking doors that awakened some of our party when others got up during the night.

The breakfast was excellent. The chef accommodated our special diatery needs. The old mansion was absolutely beautiful, real old world charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay special.

I stayed here bc my sister lived down the street and she recommended it (and bc I heard the haunted stories). This was literally the only place I’ve stayed at (other than home)where I’ve felt genuinely comfortable. The bed and jetted tub were AMAZING (library room). The room was also a good size. I love the historical feel of the place. I never felt scared (although me n my hubby slept back to back jic lol). The staff was very friendly and kind. Which helped me so much bc I was going thru something at the time so I was extra sensitive. And OMG… the breakfast 🙌🤌 soooooo freaking good. I don’t everrrr eat before 8 pm and even I ate the breakfast here. Just so good! I feel like the place gives off a chill /quiet vibe. So it’s a good spot for fellow introverts

Water. Lol but it’s not their fault it’s the area. I wish they’d have like a spot where u can refill water bottles. But that’s just me reaching for something.
