Location, the double bedroom apartment was very comfortable, great view to the mountains, very helpful and attentive staff! Plenty of necessary amenities around the hotel, like a food and drink shop, ski rental, restaurant, and a short proximity to the ski lift! Pet friendly hotel, which was important since we took our small dog with us for Christmas. The breakfast is plentiful with food for different tastes. Beds, pillows, linen TOP, making your sleep extremely pleasant.

Small things that did not bother but can be improved, since design and practicality do not always go hand in hand.

Huge apartment with comfortable beds, large windows and nice view. Having two bathrooms was an unexpected surprise. The spa is small, but just enough, bathrobe and towels are provided. The food was ok, dinner was quite varied. All in all, we had a great time.

Despite being a luxurious apartment at first sight, you soon start to notice the small annoying details: - There's no place to hang your coats or sit down in the hall. - Lighting is poor, not suitable for boardgames or finding something in your luggage in the evening. - The modern and large kitchen furniture hides a tiny fridge and an even tinier garbage bin, some glasses and that's it. No cutlery, no plates, no bowls, no pots. I wonder what the electric stove is for. - Again, no hangers or shelves in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder is impossible to reach sitting on the toilet. Water finds its way to the floor while showering. - No drinks are included in the dinner, not even water. You need to buy it separately. (You get champagne for breakfast, though...)

The staff were very welcoming and we received a glass of sparkling wine up on arrival. The receptionist explained everything very precisely and Igor, the concierge, took our bags to the room. The pool and sauna were great and you had thick bath robes in your room to use when going to the spa facilities. The room had a lounge area with sofa, chair, TV, a large king size bedroom and a good sized bathroom. The was a breakfast bar in the room that housed a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, cups, glasses, fridge and associated tea/coffee sachets. We also had a balcony that had views of the mountains and had a table and 2 chairs. Good sized room for 2.

Noisy fridge, but that was cured by unplugging it.

Good range of food for breakfast and dinner. Something for all the family. Nice spa pool for a dip after skiing for the day. Short walk to the gondola (less than 5 mins). Nice view from our balcony looking out over the mountains. Our room was very spacious. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Slippers and robes were provided for going down to the pool. Towels were also provided down at the pool. I normally finished skiing a bit early so we normally had the pool to ourselves. They had a lovely outside seating area with a log fire. Good value for money.

The area beside the hotel has some municipal bins, they could be tidied up a bit or maybe hidden a bit better, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Great location for slopes and nightlife. the one bedroom apartments are very spacious. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. Breakfast is good and the spa facilities were good when children were not using them! Treatments are reasonably priced. I was skiing with my adult son, hence we booked the one bedroom apartment. He had the sofa bed which was perfectly comfortable, the same size or slightly bigger than a double bed.

Nothing really. You have a small kitchen area which is great with lots of cupboard space but no utensils. I went to the restaurant for cutlery, ice etc if I wanted to have a snack in my room. There are no cooking facilities so a small microwave would be beneficial but it didn’t spoil our stay, not having this.

modern hotel not so far from the Gondola. We could have walked but took the car to the gondola parking. The hotel is really clean and nice. The pricing is excellent as it has dinner included for very small price. The food is really ok. There is a ski room where you can leave your stuff (no heated ski shoe warmer as we are used to in central Europe though)

The smell of the swimming pool in the dining area was weird. The waiters at the restaurant were a little grumpy, but I guess that is normal in Bulgaria (no smiles and welcoming service like in my country). Instead of carpet in the rooms they could have used Vinyl or Wood, I personally do not like carpet in hotel rooms due to cleanliness.

The apartments are new, nicely decorated, warm with an outdoor unit. Clean, full of shampoos, bath salts and soaps, clean towels every day both in the room and at the pool. Very warm, clean and salty water in the pool. Sauna and Hammam neat and ready for enjoyment. Children have their place to play too. Bar is great and outside is a table with fire to keep you warm if you are smoking. It has inside smoking area too also beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are various has everything for everyone. . Service and staff very friendly and always ready to help. Because of two fractures from skiing, we had to return to Croatia in the middle of the trip. The hotel not only provided us with all the benefits in terms of room service, but they also changed our reservation even though they didn't have to. This kind of humanity is not often seen, so THANK You! I highly recommend This hotel.

No complaints at all.

Small cosy hotel, the SPA had enough space for the guests. Room temperature is excellent. The room was big for two people. Modern interior. Not too expensive for a 5* hotel. Great breakfast. Very nice compared to the other OLD 5* hotels in the area.

Paid parking outside, you have to go to the reception every time you need the barrier open (a little bit annoying). Not very rich dinner. No jacuzzi, unacceptable for a 5* hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was very close to the gondola. The staff was polite. Big breakfast buffet.

The pool and spa were loud, with lots of children yelling, slippery floors and not really a spa atmosphere. The staff's English level was not very good. The buffet wasn't refilled often enough - an hour before breakfast was supposed to end.
