I loved the size of the unit and the location. It basically had everything you need. It is within walking distance from Queen street as well as lovely coffee shops and a Woolworths Metro. There are 4 visitors parking bays which a visitor can use for up to 4 hours which is wonderful. I have to compliment the reception staff as well. They are extremely friendly and helpful.

The automatic lights on the 12th floor didn't work most of the weekend. This made the little corner where my apartment's door was, pitch black. The washer in the shower head is presumably perished since water spray everywhere when you open the taps. Easy fix and needs to be done.

We stayed on the 16 floor, with 2 bedroom 2 toilets apartment with balcony have the best view of the river, both day and night. Everything in apartment are good, except the sofa sets which need to be clean or replace/wash the sofa covers. Refrigerator, Washing machine, Dryer. dishwasher, hair dryer and iron with iron board are all available. Fully air-con, but controls is difficult to adjust the temperature. Love the swiming pool and jacuzzi on 6th floor. Location is close to 2 train stations (Roma & Central). all within 5 mins walk. CBD is just next door. Casino is abit further, but can reach by walking approximately 15 minutes. There is a Metros -Woolworth supermarket with 2 mins walk, and also Subway and 7-11 too.

As mentioned, the sofa looks dirty, so we mainly used the dining chairs. Should change or wash the sofa covers. We stayed for 7 nights, should at least do a vaccuming during our stay. However, our towels are replaced and detergents are topped up upon request. It is very near the main road, so could be noisy for some, especially when a sports car drove by the various high-ways. The whole apartment need up-grading as the furniture is showing the age. Should also add a latch lock within the front door for security.

The view from the balcony and bedroom over the river was excellent. The pool was very peaceful in the evening. Clean, comfortable and well presented

Having to pay for parking and having the parking lot be full which meant having to park in another car park further up the street and having to lug our luggage back to the apartment. But it wasn't too inconvenient

The view from my bed was amazing I love city lights with river view always something happening. Great water pressure in shower. well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. Location was handy to CBD and Queen st shopping mall. public transport train/ferries within 5-10 minute walk also South Brisbane which has lots of restaurants. Close to Casino. Easy access to running track if that’s your thing. Swimming pool /spa was fabulous after a long hot day Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Request for replacement lightbulb and fresh towels dealt with super fast

Flooring was a bit old, thin and ripped in places. Aircon wasn’t able to be individually controlled in all bedrooms so one bedroom occupant was too cold the other room too hot. Dryer was a pain didn’t stay on for long enough so you had to be home to keep resetting it. Clothes don’t dry outside overnight as too humid.

We were visiting the CDB in Brisbane for the Great Australian Beer Festival at the convention center. The Evolution property is right across the river adjacent to a pedestrian bridge. This made walking to the event very easy. The views from the balcony were awesome. We arrived very early and the front desk checked our bags and told us were to get coffee.

The only suggestion is you are in a business district, many of the near by business are closed on weekend. If you are there on a Sunday night plan ahead. there is a shopping mall a few blocks away.

Lack of kitchen stuff - 3 pans, one lid; no oven ware or anyway to cook in the oven, no coffee maker, just a kettle; terrible lighting in the bathroom: disgusting dirty carpet throughout; no implements or products to clean anything and housekeeping only once a week - although towels were replaced as required; the kettle was thick with limescale and when I asked about that was told that I could clean it myself with vinegar. One of the bedroom blackout blinds fell down on a Friday night - leaving the room exposed to all the high rises around, fortunately the desk chap and I were able to sort of put it back up, but no maintenance people work on the weekends. No vending machines on the property. Zero flexibility for check out/in times

The apartments were very close to cbd as well as a pedestrian bridge over to Southbank area. Good facilities with pool and gym. Apartment functional with washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen stuff. Pool was great too.

Didn’t get cleaned - we out out cleaning sign but apparently we had to ring reception and ask which I was never told. Wanted cleaning on second day of 3 nights so didn’t bother after. Also kitchen equipment could be useful - missing oven trays and some of the tools that may have helped with cooking.

Had lots of facilities. Was spacious and roomy. The staff were always pleasant and attentive. Views from the 36th floor were very nice especially to view the fireworks New Years Eve

On the 36th floor some other guests were very drunk and unruly and vaping which detracted from the fun of enjoying the fireworks. Not sure what the staff could do about it it would be nice if the kitchen had some basic cooking items such as oil, salt & pepper etc. Due to the holidays the nearby shops were shut. The toiletries were not sufficient. A few bars of soap wouldn’t break the bank. The city views are not nice. Just the back of a building

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly at all times. Great facilities, great air con, big rooms, black out blinds very helpful with the kids. Love the pool especially as it was warm. Bridge right outside to go over to GOMA and Southbank is super helpful. THE VIEW IS AMAZING

Cleaner changed towels 2 days but not the others so often we left them on the floor as instructed but had to use them again as they weren’t changed Bathroom could do with a deep clean Apartment was not well equipped, no broom, only one little spoon, no scissors etc but you pay for what you get and it is an excellent price for the view and location.

A well-appointed apartment overlooking the Brisbane River, with views of Victoria Bridge & the South Bank of the city. The washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful after three weeks of travelling. There was a supply of laundry liquid and washing-up liquid. Although only in small quantities, they were more than enough for what was required. The balcony area was great and even though very close to the M3, traffic noise was never a problem at night. The shower was good, with lots of hot water. The pool area was great and had sun most of the time I was next to the pool despite being surrounded by several tall buildings. The walk into the city/main shopping area was easy and the area closest to the hotel contained a number of coffee shops & somewhere to buy groceries. If you have children, take a walk to the South Bank and Streets Beach - a free open-air area with a swimming pool, with a sandy 'beach' and play area - a really worthwhile place to see. If you want to see Story Bridge & the restaurants it might be worth getting a taxi or one of the many boats on the river, as it is a 30min walk from the apartment - not a hard walk, but the heat needs to be considered.

There was nothing I didn't like. If there was one thing to criticise it was the dull light in the bathroom - the location of the shower meant it was very dark - but I'm just being picky in saying this.
