The rooms are nice clean and big and the location is just amazing as it is just few steps away from Rogier metro station and from there with the day pass for transport for 8.5 euros you can see every listed sightseeing place in Brussels. The bathrooms are very clean and room size is spacious and very comfortable. The manager lady at the property, I forgot her name, she had pink hair and she was an angel for us. She gave us such an amazing support to check in to a good room and help us with keeping our bags stored at the concierge while we headed for our day trip to Bruges and Ghent. Thanks specially to her to making our stay such fantastic.

The only sad thing about the property which I was not happy about was the junior front desk staff. They are extremely confused and don't understand basic questions. The breakfast rule is that u need to pay first at the reception counter and then head inside for sitting for breakfast, in case u haven't opted for the breakfast option for your stay. One of the days I just went inside to check the breakfast options and whether it was worth opting for the same. To my shock the next day the reception guy, is telling me to show proof that I hadn't eaten anything. I had to explain him their own rules that if I hadn't pre paid the money I wouldn't be allowed to sit to eat. So basically the junior staff is a little unprofessional and get confused about a lot of silly things.

The room and bathroom were comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful! The hotel is within walking distance (450 meters or 492 Yards) from Bruxelles Nord, which is the train station you get off from the airport, and it is less than a block away from a local public transportation subway station as well as bus stops. There are restaurants and super markets near by (again walking distance).

The one tiny thing we didn't like about this hotel, is that they don't include a sheet between you and the comforter.

My room (double room with a balcony) was very nice, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for both the ERC offices at Covent Garden, and the shopping areas, with great restaurants nearby and only a 15 minute walk to la Grande Place. The fridge in the room meant I could buy chilled drinks from Carrefour and save money on purchasing single cans from a cafe during the day. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was easy. The fitness suite had a good range of cardio machines.

The power points nearest the bed are controlled by the main lightswitch. So it is impossible to a. charge your ipad while reading it in bed at night, or b. have the main light off and the bedside lamp on. This really needs changing. The bed was fine and nicely made up, but could have been a bit higher quality mattress.

Good breakfast, clean room. Limited noise from the street. Good location in the little Manhatten, close to city center.

Heating was not enough in the room. The water drained very slowly in the sink. Coffee machine did not produce good hot water for a tee.

Comfortable stay & very accommodating staff. Good security in terms of access control. Conveniently located at the metro stop & 10-minutes’ walk from the North Station (Flix etc.)

The location ended up being just a tad bit far outside of the Old Town area, which required at least a 15-minute walk to reach. So if you’re looking to be close by or centrally in the Old Town, then keep this in mind.

The hotel is located next to a major bus, tram and metro station to get around in Brussels by public transport, but also well in walking distance to the city centre to go to the many shops, eateries and attractions. My room was facing an open-view backside of the building and overall very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Although the room with the breakfast buffet is spacious and well designed, the many tables there left a somewhat crowded impression at busy hours.

The hotel is very nice, the common rooms on the ground floor are perfect for relaxation. The staff was welcoming and polite. Cleanliness and the services were on point as well. Best regards!

I had a minor issue with the bathroom. It wasn't a problem for me, but I let the staff know so that it will be fixed.

Good location, rooms decent (for one person), clean and quiet.

I booked this hotel as they have a fitness centre. However, the gym was really disappointed. The equipment was very basic, very old / outdated and not maintained. Some of it was filmsy and not safe to use.

We did not have breakfast. Location was a perfect one as we easily had access to City 2 and transport to visit family and friends in Brussels.

The lift on the 1st was broken so we couldn’t use it to come downstairs.

Just 6-7 minute walk from Brussels North station - easily accessible from the airport or from other connections. Close to the Roger metro station. Super friendly staff. Nice building with open lobby area. Large breakfast area.

Room was always a little bit cold and heating it up took time. This caused also the constant noise of the heater in the room.
