The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and they made me feel like part of the family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Hotel Location is ok. The staff is ok. My husband and I had a room with four beds because it was only free room, so we enjoyed bigger space.

The sink tap is unstable and difficult to operate. Toilet bowl is too close to the wall at least for the room we had.

It was very comfortable and clean. There were two separate rooms in one flat. So we had our privacy but also we did not have to worry about the kids safety. There was a small balcony upstairs to take fresh air or smoke which is outside of the flat. The entrance of the building any hours with the codes were very simple.

There was nothing else except basic shampoo and soap and towels. For example no coffee or water in the room. There is one coffee machine downstairs but you need to have cash leva. It does not accept cards or euros. It is a perfect place if you are looking for somewhere to sleep comfortably

The room temperature was very pleasant. The room was not very large, but more than enough. Although reception closes at 8:00 PM, if you let them know in advance, they will send very simple instructions for accessing the hotel and collecting the key. Very good price, considering the hotel quality, and the location. A good hotel to stay when going to Sofia.

Price is significantly less than many other options - therefore I was concerned it would not be nice. And more - I can easily afford a more expensive room, so I was not in the mood for a disgusting place. BOTTOM LINE -> It was PERFECT - 100% clean, and the interior of the room featured beautiful wood floors that even smelled new. MOST IMPORTANT -- it was 35 degrees C in Sofia on the day we came. The air conditioner was VERY good - it handled everything and we slept comfortably.

The hotel was very clean and the staff had an exceptional attitude. Everyone had a smile. They were very helpful in every way and whatever we needed, we were supplied with. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area is very close to town and all landmarks. The public transport is nearby. Short distance to shopping and amenities.

We can not say that there was anything we didn’t like about the hotel.
