Location, clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. View was nice. Property was generally clean. Air conditioning was excellent. Maintenance, housekeeping was very patient and extremely accommodating. Front reception was excellent, just needs more organized check-in. Always love having an espresso in the room; six pods included.

Television and standing lamp wasn’t readily working. Television was quickly fixed by maintenance. I noticed the lamp was not working about 30 min before I went to sleep for the night, so I just ignored it. Coffee mugs and hotel room phone appeared smudgy/dirty; mugs were replaced with clean ones. The tub could be updated; rust at the bottom of drain. Quality of toilet paper was cheap—considering price of the room. Elevators need updating. It just seems the hotel room needs a general refreshing. For the price, I feel that I overpaid approximately hundred dollars. Updated contact/communication between Booking.com and invoice requests.

My hotel fee includes breakfast when I booked the hotel on the booking. However, when I checked with the hotel, they did not have this inforamtion. Nicely, after I showed them the reservation information on the booking APP, they were willing to correct this missing information. Breakfast was great..............................

They authorized 150 per night for an incidental hold. I would suggest they inform us during check in. So we will not be worried if something wrong when the bank sent us the expanse information.

Mainly the exceptional training of the staff, verry active, attentive ando prompt for action Mr. Anthony at the front desk is a gem. He’s exceptionally good with people.

The lobby restaurant food was a complete disaster! Poor quality dishes and severe incorrections on the menu as well as classical receipts corrupted by a maybe arrogant chef, too proud to understand that a bolognaise sauce MUST have mincer beef at one yey ingredient. Les croûtons and bread crumbs are not the same thing and a Caesar salad has rules to be called so. Mr. James, Monsieur le maître is, without any doubt, the spice that makes EVERY difference: very knowledgeable, exveptionally well trained, a truly smart, cultured and fully prepared for his métier: try saving the ship when in riskto sink. He’s tops!

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the location was amazing! The hotel bar in the lobby was a perfect meeting spot and always busy. The staff was very friendly, proactive and helpful. We got breakfast from the cafe in the lobby which had a small selection of breakfast items and coffees prepared by the baristas.

Overall the hotel was on the expensive side, we were hoping for more things would be included in the stay, e.g. it was a shame that parking or breakfast were very expensive to book in addition. The real issue however was that the bathrooms in the rooms do not have a real door, the sliding door doesn't really close so effectively everything is in the same room. This is a reason for us not to book this hotel again when going with family or sharing the room with multiple people.

Amazing location which was super close to all the touristy places, but about a block away so it was very quiet and peaceful. Very safe area too. Hotel is brand new so it was beautiful, modern, super clean and very comfortable. The most comfortable hotel bed I have experienced in a while. Great shower. A luxury hotel experience at a very reasonable price.

Not much on the restaurant menu/in-room dining options, if you wanted to stay in

The hotel is real nice it's a bit on the pricy side but it's worth it and the valet parking is nice the room was so clean and fancy I'll be staying here again. Staff were so kind to definitely earned a permanent customer

Only thing I didn't like was it's a bit far from the Riverwalk activities but it's ok it's only about a 10 minute walk so it's fine

Very clean, good location and very comfortable

Price for parking was very high and I included a breakfast in booking, thinking would include breakfast for 3 people. In the end, I was told that was a voucher of 30 dollars for 2 people. So basically, no discount. If I knew I would not include the breakfast and I will eat in another place.

Location. Was 4 blocks north of the riverwalk, right next to a greyhound bus station, making it feel a little unsafe for evening outings as well as being distant from a cruise boarding spot.
