This is a lovely motel, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. All of the rooms have either a balcony or patio area & the lazy boy chairs are soooo comfortable! A nice compact kitchen area with everything you need & a local supermarket a short walk away. Decent sized bathroom with a good shower. Location is about 3kms from Hamilton centre, easily walkable on a nice day. If you don't fancy the walk there's a bus stop 5 minute walk away which will drop you right in the centre. If you're getting the bus, get a "Bee" card from the Transport Centre in the town.

Soooo clean. Our room had a Queen Sized bed, a kitchenette & shower ensuite. The kitchenette had a 4 ring hob, microwave, standard size fridge & pots & pans etc everything we needed. There is a laundry room where you can wash & dry your clothes FOR FREE. We stayed for 7 nights & loved it. 5 mins walk to the next bus stop, which is then about 10 mins in to town. The lake is about 20 mins walk. Hamilton Gardens also within walking distance along the river path. We didn’t have a car but there is lots of parking. Superb place 😃

Room great size. Extremely clean. Big spa bath in unit awesome addition. Bed large and comfortable. Balcony with sliding door overlooked carpark. Everything needed for our trip. Vending machine in entrance foyer

Upstairs unit with internal access. I had difficulty lugging my bags upstairs, however motel staff were great and came to my aid. I have hip problems, so going up and down stairs was difficult. Once in room I remained there. I will return and request a downstairs unit.

Excellent location, plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff, very clean. Lazy boy chairs were suprisingly good addition to room and quiet room. Good bathroom/shower. Highly recommended.

Kitchen could have been better stocked - there was just enough (standard 2 of everything). Signs for 'no cooking of odouress food like fish or curries/spices' could make things difficult for people

I appreciated that the staff made check in really easy as I was at a conference and wasn't going to make the checkin time. The room was spacious, very clean and wasn't hard to find. The property location is a bonus. One of the best I've stayed at in Hamilton. Everything that you see in the photos you can expect. Great communications from the team and lovely management.

Making a right turn out of the property could be challenging. Just a personal /picky thing they had a plugin smelly thing that i had to unplug as I found nauseating

We can not praise the staff here enough. Our family last minute came to this hotel as it was walking distance to the hospital. The staff were so kind, they understood our situation and constantly looked after us. We are so grateful to them. The rooms were perfect for us, clean and spacious. A 7 minute walk to the hospital and close to the lake if you wanted to go for a walk.

Loved the lazyboy chairs in the room, spa bath was great and overall was very comfortable. Daily room servicing if required, all staff were friendly. Good location to places we needed. Maree was very accommodating with our late arrival from an International flight.

A second cleaner came in to check after the 1st cleaner had been in. She knocked but we didn't even have time to get off the chair and she was in the room checking cupboards, even after we said it was fine. Maybe the cleaner could wait for acknowledgement or at least a few seconds more?

I liked the hotel type set up with our room coming off a hallway/lobby. Plenty of parking, very quiet due to quality building

The towels felt damp! They were a thinner variety and felt like they hadn't been dried properly. Also no table, little hanging storage, didn't need 2 lazyboys but guess it's designed for hospital guests 🌼

Room was well set up and very clean and tidy. We were shown to our room by the operator. Liked the lazy boy style chairs, nice kitchen area with hot plates and rangehood. Bed comfortable and street noise minimal. Would stay again
