I liked its cleanliness and a location approximately midway between two stations, namely Goldhawk and Hammersmith. The availability of a fan is also a plus point. The room size as well as the bathroom size, etc., are quite reasonable considering the price.

The reception is in a building across a small street. The instruction that one has to go to the building nearby was hardly clear. Just an arrowhead was only confusing. They must mention the exact location of the reception. The google map showed the actual place of stay. The arrowhead can misguide someone in going toward the basement entrance from outside.

The staff was great and extremely helpful:) Cleaner came every day to clean the room refresh towels and sheet. Loved the fridge and kettle in the room

So first we got a room at Comfhotel that was filthy hair in the shower hair in the fridge and wee in toilet so disgusting I could not belive my eyes. I made a complaint and the kind staff member gave us another room in the Eurostar hotel building and apologied he was respectfull and helpful. The other room was better although the walls were not too neat some stains were on it but was livable.

The room had the facilities needed for our stay, shower worked well and the room was spotless. There was tea ,coffee, milk and sugar provided in the room daily, The cleaner came in daily and did a thorough clean , she was very helpful ,polite, warm and welcoming with a lovely smile and positive attitude ,she could not do enough for us ,from helping us with our luggage, helping with navigating around London to local bus stops and recommending local eateries, we really enjoyed our stay and felt at ease. Will use comfotel hotels again

However, felt falsely advertised as many pictures showed the breakfast area and dining room. However, this was not an option or even opened. Feel this pictures should not be shown. Was really disappointed. Many of the fixtures were broken such as radiator, leaking ,metal bar sticking /hanging out of bed which cut one of the children legs. And the toilet wasn't even attached to the wall.the plugs didn't even fit the sockets properly.

Location is very good, close to subway stations (13 minutes walk to Hammersmith and 8-9 minutes walk to Westfield). Room was clean. Couple of coffee shops and eateries are nearby. Sainsburry is just right across the hotel which is a plus point.

Room for one person was extremely small. The internet service was not upto mark, poor signals and poor quality of internet. Rest everything was good.

The location is perfect, three underground stations in 10 minutes by walk or by buses, bus stop is 2 minutes walk. The room for one person is small, however has very comfortable bed, a table, a chair, TV, fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee, hair dryer and even heating. Hot water supply was ok too. The towel was changed every day. The Wifi connection was good and stable. The reception works through all the day. The supermarket is directly opposite the hotel.

There were no shampoo and shower gel, however, for this price it is ok.

This is the second time I have stayed here, although this time my allocated room was at the back of the building on the second floor (first floor to our American cousins). This was an improvement on what was a very good stay last time as there were considerably less stairs to carry my luggage up (there is no lift), and because there is no sloping ceiling in the room it was more spacious. My room (#14) was very large with three beds (one large double and two singles), refrigerator, kettle, large tv and a spacious work desk and comfortable work chair. There were ample power points in the room, and these were in sensible locations close to where appliances might need to be connected. The two casement and one transom window could all be opened for ventilation. The fridge was small, but quiet and efficient and sufficient for most needs. There was ample drawer space and hanging space was provided by an open wardrobe unit with plenty of hangers and shelf space. The shower room/toilet was well sized and the shower was efficient and controllable. The property is located about 300 yards from Goldhawk Road tube station (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines) or about 3/4 of a mile from Hammersmith tube station (Hammersmith & City, Circle and Piccadilly lines). Although situated on Shepherds (sic) Bush Road, which is a busy thoroughfare, the building is set far enough back from the road to minimise street noise even for rooms at the front.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. This came on automatically if the light was switched on (necessary as there is no window in the bathroom), but thankfully only continued to run for a few minutes after the light was switched off. Having a wardrobe unit with doors would have been nice, but this is a pretty minor quibble. There was no decaffeinated coffee sachets in the room and (based on my previous stay), none available from reception.

It was my first time in London on my own. All the staff went above,and beyond. Home from home for me. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.Started off as a customer made friends with the staff. Thanks for looking after me .

Nothing at all. My only suggestion is put some plants at the front door.

we checked in early and left our luggage in the reception which is next door, room was nice and clean. nice decor. and the rooms had all the amenities. breakfast is not included which would have made it better. but will defi stay again. thanks

Very conveniently located. Directly across from a Sainsburys, 2 min from a launderette and Shepherds Bush tube station is under a 10 min to walk. Relaxed and friendly staff

Had one evening where the hot water ran out. It’s on a busy road, but double glazing kept most of the sound out.
