The location was easy walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Once we parked the car we didn't need it again for the rest of our stay. The views were amazing and the size of the 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for a family or 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped and included a coffee machine. A lovely gift of chocolates on our arrival was a nice surprise.

The layout of the building was a little confusing going from one elevator to another to get from car park to rooms/reception. The pool area was a little bland but functional. It would have been handy to know that you can reposition the outer blinds for the afternoon sun. This wasn't discovered until we were about to leave.

Beautiful views possibly unmatched. So close to heaps of great restaurants, bars and directly on top of Woolies and many other stores with all you need at hands reach. Just the perfect spot. Please if your thinking of going to gold coast and can't decide don't hesitate this apartment is in need of bit of paint but it's view is SPECTACULAR it's convenience to restaurants,bars and groceries is perfect. You will not be let down once you get the parking sorted it's so nice that other then toilet you have a beautiful view of ocean in every room. GO GET A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT AT ULTIQA!!!!

Elevators, Parking and are a pain to get to if you got alot of luggage but all in all its a beautiful place with a bit of paint and freshening up it would be a luxurious spot but I absolutely hope there's still views like that available in 10 years.

Location was perfect. Spent so much time just watching the ocean. Everything was conveniently close. Even the tram stop was not far to walk to. Woolworths and other stores are connected to the hotel on the ground level which made it easy. Right across from the beach.

There is a high rise being constructed next door so the noise from that and the workers being eye level into the apartment was a tad annoying. Some of the furniture/appliances could do with an upgrade. Air conditioning didn’t feel as cold as it could have been- these are all just personal preferences and weren’t anything that we raised or complained about to the hotel.

The ocean view as soon as I entered the apartment was spectacular! You can get to the beach in under 2 mins, or just laze on the balcony lounge chair and take in the views and vibes!! Also the sneaky side entrance to the Oasis shops which was just downstairs, is not a huge thing but makes a difference for quick access. Location also is top notch, very central.to all the eateries and shops, max 10mins walk to Pacific Fair, convention ctr and tram, beach and surf club right across the road! Enjoyed it very much, wish I could stay longer

Location is amazing, close to beach and shops however quiet as well. This time the 1 bedroom we stayed in was decorated nicely (however different to the 2 bedroom). View is also incredible.

With the beautiful location, and the amazing sunshine in the morning, it also is detrimental to sleep as there are no block out blinds in the rooms. They have tried with roller blinds and curtains however its still very light, as long as you're an early riser its fine. Some basics that feel should be in an apartment like oil, salt/ pepper, etc could be provided. Also 2 of the gym bikes weren't working and the air con in the gym also seemed to not work when the sun was shining through (again amazing view however just need things to work!).

We had a really large three bedroom apartment facing North-East which gave us absolutely spectacular views straight out the the beach and up to Surfer's Paradise. The view could not have been more breathtaking. The location of the apartments is right above the Oasis shopping centre which is really convenient with Woolworths, BWS and boutique shops just below the apartment. There are dozens of restaurants and cafes to go to all literally below the apartment and in the surrounding blocks so location could not be better.

Not a negative of the apartment per se, but the beach out the front is quite treacherous so not great for smaller kids although there are Lifesavers straight out the front so very important to swim between the flags.

Definitely book an ocean view room - and bring binoculars to see the whales if you're there during migration! I booked a one-bedroom and it was fantastic. Sliding glass doors open up half the wall in the bedroom and 3/4 of the living room so you can be wide open to the sea air. Very comfortable bed, kitchen was great with all cooking implements needed. Connected to the Oasis mall which has a Woolworths and a BWS so you can stock up. Honestly, the extra cost of the ocean view room was offset by the fact that I rarely went out to eat because I was happy just sitting on my balcony!

Street lights at the beach are on all night so you will want to close the shades in the bedroom overnight. I left the door cracked to hear ocean noises overnight but do note that you will get road/garbage pickup noises starting around 5am if you do so (I was on 13th floor - might be less audible on higher floors?).

The location and views are unbeatable. It’s why we booked. Everything is convenient - just steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and the supermarket. There’s so much construction happening selection is about priorities.

I had read reviews that the building and rooms were dated so I requested a renovated room if poss. It was tired. The beds were very firm and the showers had weak pressure. The smell of garbage in the corridors was intense but we understand it is the Oasis shopping centre purging that is outside their control. Still, it’s nasty.

View and location, didn't need to use the car much once arrived.

Obtuse resident who deliberately parked across car space 1904 (yellow dot) and 1601 after I parked in 1904 on day of arrival Thursday 31st Oct. On Sat 2nd Nov I used my car and on return the resident had deliberately parked across both spaces and it remained there for the next week. I have the photo. Its ok, I found another spot, but behaviour was odd as the spaces are generous and both cars fitted very easily.

Location with exceptional Seaview from apt 1305, next to shops, restaurants, medico, free parking, very pleasant staff, We enjoyed ourselves and were sad to leave after 8 nights

Hey, nothing is perfect, here are some suggestions for improvements, but still we were very satisfied. The TV could be bigger Service once only in a 8 days stay is stingey A better curtain to keep the bedroom dark in the morning in order to sleep would be nice
