We loved our stay here! Really close to Luzern station and not a horrible walk with luggage. State of the art gym with two saunas and a steam room. Super clean facilities. Hotel room was clean and quite comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They loaned me a travel adaptor to use, which I was so grateful for. Overall, a fabulous stay.

The restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was in the business conference room, which had a strange vibe. I also heard the neighbours above us moving around, which I wasn't expecting being on the top floor of the hotel (there's residences above). Do opt for the half board option if you can, as Switzerland is quite expensive to dine out every night. Nonetheless, I'd still stay here in a heartbeat!

The property was well located, staff were very helpful! The facilities were modern and the room which was a Lakeside view room was fabulous.

Small thing but for a quality hotel like this the towels provided in the rooms were sub standard. They were thin and some were almost threadbare with several holes in them. Also the phone was difficult to operate and there was no instruction on how to use it. After the 3rd time if asking the hotel sent someone to explain how to use it. This was problematic as all messages came via phone and bookings for restaurant and laundry relied on phone.

Spotless room. Defintely I will take it as a motivation with respect to how they clean and maintain. Spotless. Spacious room, comfortable beds, not a great view for standard rooms but it will meet the expectation anyway. Bathroom had enough soaps and towels. 5-10 min walk from Luzern railway station. Train connectivity to anywhere in swiss is a plus. surroundings are beautiful and scenic. Location wise ok but I was overwhelmed by expectation when I was googling before I do the booking. Nearby thai restaurant are too good. wi-fi connectivity is good, free bus pass provided at reception during your stay for that zone. Ordered breakfast room service, which was on-time, appreciate it

Water drains very very slowly in bathroom which make uncomfortable during shower. This issue has been reported by people few months ago in google reviews but the issue seems still there. But somehow it drains but very very slowly :-) Reception and area is always busy with tourist groups. At times, crowded like super market. Had to go to reception couple of times to get the access card working. Checkout process is not friendly as some of the receptionist were unable to handle it. If you have not consumed anything at mini-bar or buy breakfast, self checkout is seamless, just scan and drop your access card in the box provided. 1400 for 4N5D with no breakfast option is unreal.

The hotel itself and our stay proved to be very pleasant. The hotel met our expectations in terms of service, staff, and the facility itself. Mr. Markus proved to be a true professional. We thank for stay and highly recommend the hotel to other guests. The hotel's location, close to public transport and tourist attractions, is particularly commendable.

It’s very close to the Luzern train station. Breakfast was good - it has quite a selection of food. Room is spacious.

It’s quite expensive relative to the other places I’ve stayed in. It’s probably a Luzern thing. Bathroom and toilet layout was a little weird. They are separated and there was insufficient hook to hang the towel and clothes for shower, so you basically had leave the clean clothes on the floor next to the door or walk out with water dripping into open area to reach your clothes (someone sitting at the chair in the room can actually see everything as there is no further separation between the bathroom + toilet and the bedroom).

This is a great hotel. I was skeptical at first because I never stay at Radisson hotels in the US. But this one was amazing. Great room design, contemporary look and feel, modern lobby and bar, and an enjoyable restaurant. The location is perfect. It’s very close to train station as well as the pier for boat travel. Chapel Bridge is about a 7 minute walk. Lion Monument is about 15 minutes. This was a fantastic surprise for accommodations in Lucerne.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and the room was fine despite being so close to the station. We had a very quiet night's sleep. I also left behind some clothes and the staff were extremely helpful in getting it back to me.

Just one thing which has to me mentioned. The duvet on the bed only covered the size of the bed itself. Therefore, if you are over 1.85m (like I am) your feet will stick out over the bed. If you're sharing a bed with someone it won't be enough. Just a small point but worth mentioning in the hop that management will take this into consideration.

Right by the train station. You can see the hotel from the train when it pulls into the station. There are many shops and food services in the train station. The hotel is close to all major attractions in Luzern. The hotel provides you a city card which allows you free bus ride and 20% discount on museum tickets. The room has an excellent sound insulation, you don't hear any outside noise.

Your room won't be made up before 2 pm if you stay longer than one day. This may cause a little inconvenience for some people.

Good sized room, area not too bad, but a little tucked away down back streets. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Uber operates in the area and can take you to town easily and not too expensively. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Staff friendly and helpful.

View was to a train rolling stock parking lot! Very industrial. Bar drinks at hotel were incredibly expensive, but this is Switzerland, I guess... You do get a discount voucher for the first bar bill though, so that was a bonus. It was a bit of a grim walk through grey streets to find the hotel.
