The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and safe. The room was great, modern and very spacious and so was the shared area. It had lovely windows facing the street that let in lots of daylight but great shutters that kept the room quiet and dark during night time if you wish. The location was great and if felt very safe staying there with several locks to get in. We'd stay here again.

The room had two single beds put together instead of a double bed, it was fine but as a couple you might prefer to not have the gap in between. The tap in the kitchen didn't have great pressure so it wasn't easy to use. We would have liked wine glasses in the kitchen too but thats just some minor details on an otherwise great stay.

Fantastic apartment, nice and clean on arrival, all the comodities, great location. Price ok for the location and offer. Great facilities. The host was helpful even though we didn't meet them in person. The nespresso coffee machine in the room was a great surprise! We had to buy coffee but there is a supermarket next to the hotel.

No cleaning throughout stay, but we could ask I suppose. The beds were 2 single but we are a couple so we were expecting a double bed as in the picture. Again we didn't complain but that was misleading as the booking said a double bed.

The location is absolutely the best, my second time in Rome and I preferred this location for better accessibility as well as not the most touristy center so we had this small shop where they would sell cigarettes, gelato and espresso. Got to meet locals there.

I think it is not explained (at least I didn’t see it) that its a one floor house that has three separate big rooms available for rent and common kitchen and living area. The shower and bathroom was right in front of the room (not in the room, but its fine) The shower water pressure was a not strong but everything was very clean and comfortable

The location is great. So close to Fontana di trevi and everything you visit Rome for. Was very easy to find the place. The room is big enough an nice. Even though we stayed at the one that the bathroom is across the corridor was not a problem at all. The room was warm enough and comfortable.

Even though the flat and our room was perfectly clean when arrived, there were no cleaning during our 5 days staying and we had the same towels all these time.

Huge room! Good location for exploring many sites. Big kitchen and living room area of you are OK with using a shared space.

I didnt like that the bathroom was across the hall and had to be opened with a key. Luckily this bathroom was our own and not shared with others that were renting rooms in the space. Checking in and out was a little complicated. There are many keys and doors. There is no staff to help.

The accomodation was very central. Ideal location! As you step out everyrhing is there: restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlour, souvenir and other shops. Beautiful large room with 2 queen beds. Very clean and comfortable. Honestly exceeded my expectations. I would go back there a million times. Honestly a great home away from home

Very cute suite in the centre of Rome. About 10min walk to main tourist attractions Trevi fountain and etc. The room has mini fridge however the shared facilities just outside the room has everything you need, stovetop, another fridge, table/couch. The manager Giulia was amazing, our flight got delayed 12 hours so we didn’t end up arriving until 4:30am and she was understanding and let us in at that time! Thank you so much!!

4 nights - Absolutly fantastic. Nice and clean. Very spacious. Comfortable. And the sauna it this apartment:-D Great location. 15min walk to Fontaine di Trevi or Colosseum and 5min to subway station Republica. 15min walk from Termini station. Nice and helpful staff. Recommended!

There is lower water pressure, but it is understandable because of location on the hill.

the owner is very nice and this is a delightful stay! The place was exactly as described, if not better. I appreciated the cozy living area and the well-stocked kitchen. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center. the owner was warm and welcoming, providing excellent tips for exploring the area. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Very well located . Very clean (lovely friendly lady cleaner replenished anything we needed )shared kitchen & living room were quiet and restful after busy days.

Access to the property, a safe box or similar would solve the initial entry problem we had . Used the intercom at front door , staff buzzed us up however entry into the apartment was dependent on other guests & therefore haphazard
