I was staying here for a nearby event for a few days as it was very well located right next to the MOA. The rooms are a decent size with good comfy beds and they are nice and quiet too. The breakfast changes every day and there is a good variety, for a free breakfast it was decent. All the staff were great, but the guy at the front desk when I arrived (and throughout my stay), Pierre, was awesome and went above and beyond to help. Even allowing me to check in much earlier than normal as the room was ready. Couldn't have had a better welcome. The hotel is attached to both an IHOP and a TGI Fridays, I made good use of the IHOP which is decent but I didn't go to the TGI. Would definitely stay here again when back in Minneapolis.

The room could have been a little cleaner - there were a few suspect stains on the carpet which was old as well as the curtains. It's worth noting (as I had an issue) that there are two guest laundry rooms but only one is signposted, the one that is signposted only takes card or app payments which I couldn't get to work, there is a second laundry which takes quarters located elsewhere on the ground floor.

Included breakfast was really good, best we've had at any hotel. The location was excellent; we loved being able to walk to the Mall and to Ikea. Liked the seating area in the room. The availability of coffee during the day is a bonus but I wish we had been told about it at check-in, as we didn't notice it until we walked out of the back door of the breakfast room on the day we were leaving. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were exceptional, always cheerful and helpful. I liked not having to pay for parking--it was one of the reasons we decided to stay there.

The bed and pillows weren't great. The carpet looked dirty, although it just might have been really old, not good either way. The artificial scents in use in the hotel are not only unhealthy but left me annoyingly stuffed up.

Check in was smooth and efficient using the precheck in email sent ahead of time. Staff were efficient and courteous. Cookies, coffee and water were a treat. Choice of room location was a bonus. The shuttle service to airport and wherever else we wanted to go was so extremely helpful.

The staff kept excessively mopping the floor in the lobby, leaving it constantly wet and slippery. While U I appreciated the neatness, it was concerning for an elderly fall risk person. It wasn’t raining and didn’t seem to be needed as often as I saw it happen. I know that sounds silly but it was overdone in my opinion.

Our room was quite comfortable overall. We struggled a bit to get the room temperature to a bit warmer range. This was not a big problem. Overall, we were quite pleased with our accommodations. The greatest element of our stay was the excellent staff. Pierre at the front desk was particularly welcoming and helpful. He answered all our questions, also giving us suggested options to meet our needs. We were in MN for the burial of my twin brother at Ft. Snelling. Pierre showed such sympathy and respect. We would definitely stay here again.

Heat adjustment in the room was not as responsive as one might like, but did not interfere with our overall comfort.

Breakfast offered a variety of nutritional and tasty food to start the day off. Service staff were efficient, helpful and professional. Check in and out was efficient using the pre/post service sent by email. The room was a sufficient size for two people and lots of luggage. Shuttle service to airport and wherever else we wanted to go was so helpful. That took the stress off of having to figure out transportion.

The shower curtain in the bathtub was coming loose from the wall on both ends. Seems like that should have been reported to maintenance by the cleaning staff and fixed before we checked in. The toiletries holder on the walls of the shower were taped to the wall and kept falling off when using. Good idea but badly implemented.

The location across the street from MOA was perfect. The indoor pool and late hours of operation is why I chose this location. It gave us time to explore the mall late and still let the kids unwind by swimming prior to bed. The surrounding restaurants were close enough to walk and everyone was friendly. There was a firepit that was on that I would've liked to enjoy and the lobby was clean and cute. There was a carbon monoxide detector in the room which gave me relief at night.

In the pool area, the chlorine levels were extremely high. My eyes were burning just sitting in the area watching my kids. My kids woke up with sore and swollen eyes as if they had a chemical reaction, and I had to wash the chlorine smell out of my hair, but I didn't even swim.

Nice spacious room with comfortable sitting area. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Very friendly staff. Easy access to Mall of America and not too far from other main attractions. Included breakfast was pretty good for this type of accommodation. Good sized pool area with two jacuzzis and separate changing/showering facilities.

Choice of breakfast items very good on first day, but variety reduced on subsequent days and wheat bread ran out - ordering systems obviously not responsive enough.

Check in was quick and easy. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Room was adequate. Nothing fancy. Was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and its proximity to the Mall of America. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and better than most continental breakfasts.

Found it strange that the refrigerator had a timer on it. Maybe I looked at that wrong because why would a fridge have a 2 hour timer on it? The shower curtain wouldn't fully close since it was on a decline.

It was great! The front desk people are so nice ! We came from out of town taking our yearly trip (we visited mall of America) and every single employee made us feel comfortable and helped us with places to go and etc. the pool area has 2 big pools and 2 big jacuzzis and the pool area is open until 12am!! The restaurants connected were a plus also ! The only thing that was a little downfall was that the bed wasn’t horrible but it also wasn’t the softest of comfiest bed I’ve slept on. But overall my experience was GREAT!

Breakfast was great with variety to choose from, great team at the reception like Pierre and the rest. Good location and the linked restaurants that made it easy in the crazy coldness

Unserviced heaters in the room dirty filters remitting bad air, and not heating well. Then housekeeping needs to do better with cleaning and scrubbing the bathtubs, sink and regular cleaning of coffee maker, there is need for focused cleaning of the rooms. please warmer beddings would be ideal
