Clean, comfortable and great location for the city, the lake and the railway stations. Friendly and helpful staff and a simple fast check-in process. Working area downstairs.

Don't expect luxury, this is a place to stay rather than an experience - but has everything you need and at a good price.

I had a generally good stay at the B&B hotel in Como. The location is excellent - just a short walk from the main train station, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. The room was cozy and clean, but there were a few small drawbacks. There was no carpeting, which made the space feel a bit less warm, and there was no electric kettle in the room. Also, the soundproofing was quite weak - I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which was a bit distracting. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short stay in Como, especially thanks to the location and service.

Breakfast was filling and had a great variety of food. Room was spotless and plenty of room for 2 people even though I was alone it was clear 2 people would be comfortable in this room which was a single room. Location was just 5 minutes away from where I needed to be. PERFECT. Transportation to the train station was perfect as well. Food in the neighborhood was delicious as well. I have told everyone I know already about the wonderful place I stayed and they ALL will be coming to stay at the hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they accommodated our early check in request & got us into our rooms early to freshen up which was hugely appreciated after such a long journey & early start. The beds were really comfortable and the temperature was perfect.

The area itself wasn't the prettiest, but it did the job & was fairly central, which is what we needed. The breakfast was pretty basic, some more choice would've been good - but the bits there were, you couldn't fault really. We had an issue in the early hours of the morning with the lift and it was unfortunate nobody from the hotel was around, no night porter or anything, which we found odd.

Location is 5 minutes walk from como s Giovanni train station, and few minutes from the city center, and the lake with lots of restaurants around, room was clean, wifi is great , breakfast was very nice though they Don't change much daily

Shower is very very small , can get annoying,1 elevator that's always taking very long to come if u need it

Breakfast buffet was great, liked access to computer in long area, staff was great Mara, Aurora, that called taxi when I need it, also booked my next stay in Milan at B & B property again. I had not heard of B & B hotels before and was very pleased and booked also Florence and Rome at the B & B properties. I will tell my family and friends to book their hotels with your company in the future. I have travelled international and throughout US in past and have stayed at my share of hotels.

Very clean, cozy, comfy. You can buy snacks and various beverages directly from the vending machines in hotel on the ground floor. Even ready made meals, and heat them there right away. Self check-in was useful and practical, since I came to a hotel very late.

Window view was looking inside a courtyard into other house windows, therefore it felt no privacy, had to keep curtains closed even during the day. Mattresses were a bit to soft for my liking. But overall comfy.

The location was really close to san Giovanni train station, and only a few minutes to the centre of Como. The breakfast was continental with a really good selection, which was constantly refreshed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a small fridge in the room for you to fill, and a handy little shop in reception with drinks snacks, and frozen micro meals.

The shower the morning of departure was freezing and we didn’t have time to ask for it to be fixed.

Very clean and was such a short distance from the Como San Giovanni station. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast at the hotel was quite filling. The room was very comfortable.

We had issues trying to pair our device with the TV in the room - the specific app it mentioned couldn’t be found on the app store and instructions weren’t so clear, so maybe that’s the only point of improvement. Apart from that, everything was splendid!
