The hosts were amazing. I have to single out the hosts and give them a clean 10. The location of the apartments is close to literally everything, discotheques, markets, and restaurants, and from there, you can easily navigate and catch a bus to various beaches. Everything was super in the accommodation, and we had everything we needed. They even offered us beach equipment (towels and a sun umbrella :) ) I totally recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect—spacious, clean, and in an unbeatable location. It’s right on the strip but, surprisingly, very quiet, and only about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to all the beaches. The owners were amazing—so kind, flexible, and always ready to answer any questions. Our room was cleaned every two days, with fresh sheets and towels, and we were even treated to desserts and watermelon on some days.☺️ We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place, especially if you’re young and want to be close to both the nightlife and the beach. Just amazing things to say.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

The stuff was amazing, a lovley couple, so polite, kind and generous. They welcomed us so sweet. The hotel itself is excellent. Though it was on street of clubs, no noise has bothered us. The room always kept cool, even though we turned conditioner on only night times and not during daytime. Room was big, had separate bedroom, bathroom and living room. Enjoyed every minute of stay. 100% recomended!!

The hosts were amazing and apartment was clean and well equipped. If you want to cook, kitchen has everything you need and apartment is cleaned every day. You also get some fruits/sweets/water left after room cleaning so it is a nice surprise when you get back from the beach. Also, there were beach towels in the room in case you didn't bring your own. On the last day, our flight was in the evening so we were able to leave our things at the reception after check out, and there was separate bathroom where we were able to take a shower before leaving. The hosts are really nice people and they really thought of everything you might need.

The location is literally "downtown", in the very heart of the town. The facilities are squeaky clean, convenient for use, and the hosts are the most hospitable folks I have ever met. They took care of us like we were their closest ones. Every single moment, they were there for us, always doing all those little things that matter the most. They have seriously raised the bar regarding the accommodation industry. A lot of 5 or 7-star hotels could learn from them how to treat their customers. They'd be learning from the pros. Seriously, exceeded all my expectations.

Only words of praise, from the first moment to the last. The hosts are very pleasant, they respond quickly to messages, they welcomed and accommodated us nicely. We even got juice on arrival, as well as fruit and cookies in the fridge for the following days, also water for the first day. 😊 📍The location is not for everyone, accommodation is located in a street where there are clubs and parties, many young people. However, we managed to avoid it because we did not party, just pass it by 😂 A 4-5 minute walk away is the bus station from which you can go to more distant beaches (1.5e for the bus), also many restaurants in the same street, shops, markets, souvenir shops, as well as a rocky beach 10-15 minutes away. The bus stop is also a 5-minute walk away, as are many restaurants and souvenir shops. We did not use the car. 🛏️ As for the accommodation itself, everything was as in the pictures and perfect. Necessary facilities in the bathroom, spare towels that are also changed occasionally, hair dryer that works well, towels for the beach. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, an electric hot plate, a toaster, a kettle, all the necessary dishes, sweets. If you plan to cook, you should prepare oil and spices. 🪳 Very important for me, as I have seen many bad reviews in Ayia Napa, NO COCKROACHES

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Ayia Napa. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. The host was very hospitable, treated us to delicious sweets, and also provided candies, water, and fruits for the first day of our stay — such a thoughtful touch! Although the apartment was close to a lively street full of activities, it was perfectly quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. For the price, this place is truly a fantastic choice, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa!

Owners Mrs. Maria and Mr. Jakob were super nice and helpful, we have never felt so welcomed at any accommodation. Apartment was spacious and very clean. We were provided with many towels (even for the beach!). Drinking water, fruits and cakes waited for us in the room. Mrs. Maria was offering us room service every day. The property is in the city center, close to the night life and the bus station. Multiple beautiful beaches are on the walking distance. We told them that we are celebrating Easter at the same time, so Mrs. Maria even painted eggs for us and gave us traditional Easter cake made by her, we really felt like family. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Everything was perfect, would definitely come back!

Good size rooms, aircon included, good WiFi, plenty of hot water at all times. Cleaned regularly, plenty of towels including beach towels. Friendly and personable owners. Little gifts of cake, fruit and sweets kept appearing! Close to centre of town. Bedtoom / balcony at the back (room 12) so suprisingly quiet at night given it's location.

Don't let your taxi driver follow Google Maps! It takes you to the wrong street. Use the address provided by booking.com, which is correct (entrance is down an access road off Ayias Mavris Street, opposite Paddy's Irish Bar). The apartment is within yards of the "party action" street, which may not be to everyone's taste (but may be great for others!) - but our bedroom had very little noise due to good double glazing etc.

Owners were very welcoming and pleasant. Every time they cleaned our room they surprise us with some cookies and fruits for refreshment. Kitchen is very good equipped. You have beach towels in the room that are also chaged every 2 days. Also, they have a special shower for guests who have late flight and as well, they bring you juice to refresh before the trip while you are preparing to leave the property. Bus stations are very close and supermarket is near, as well. Would recommend this apartment and if I visit Ayia Nappa again, I would stay here.
