It is an excellent location for me who come with the Flixbus from Paris. I can walk with my luagge easily across the bridge to the property. So, yes, it is very close to the Seine and the Catherdral hence "the watch/clock" the centre... Quiet with the window close and lively (supposed to be) when window is open. My room have a good side view of the catherdral. The floor, sheet and bathroom are all very clean.

The way the eco friendly white light work (corridor) at night is a little creepy for me with the dark brown doors. If there is a nice way to have the corridor more comforting, will be excellent....

Stayed here this time last year. Comfortable quiet hotel, courteous service. Given useful advance information for arrival by car. Nice to be on the first floor though we travel light with just an overnight bag. Great location next to a car park, though roadworks meant access was guesswork. Gabriel extremely kindly printed out some private documents for us. Lovely hotel and stay in Rouen, thank you.

Very well located, clean hotel with welcoming & accommodating staff. Everything worked, was quiet and sufficient sized room for a one night stop-over. I had asked for a lower floor room & the hotel obliged. No problem. I asked for extra pillows & they were up in the room in the blink of an eye! Been to Rouen several times but never before stayed so very close to the centre. When we turned the corner and found ourselves staring at the cathedral steps we were amazed & thrilled. Parking can be a real challenge in Rouen, but the Cathedrale car park literally round the corner was very handy, easy to drive to, clean, secure and with the reassuring presence of a manned help desk too. Big tick for this hotel!

We were in room number 1 on the first floor. It faced the street and the windows did nothing to keep out the noise of racing mopeds and loud revellers in the early hours. On a Tuesday night - unexpected! Had we thought to ask for a room that didn't face the road I am sure we'd have been fine. Only issue that stopped me giving the hotel top marks as a budget stop over.

The location is wonderful, with great views. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of conveniences, including a kettle! It's in a calm, quiet neighborhood but close to everything you'd like to see.

There was a miscommunication about our reservation type via Booking, and the website handled it well and the hotel honored our original booking conditions, but it was a little frustrating that the reservation conditions changed after we had made the reservation. The staff were kind and helpful upon our arrival, which helped make up for it!

Hotel has great localisation just next to the Rouen old town. Rooms are well equipped (electric kettle, tea&coffee set) with pleasant decor. Nice bathroom. Good wifi connection. Really kind and helpful staff. No problem with an early check-in.

Hotel hall needs some renewal. There is lack of the lift and air conditioning but information about that is provided to the guest in the message just after making a reservation. To cold a little bit inside of the room.

The hotel is located very close to the Notre-Dame church and its plaza, where a free light show was given one evening. Fantastic! There are a few restaurants in that plaza and many more very good ones closer to the St. Joan of Arc memorial. The key sites were all within easy walking distance. The hotel rooms are larger than the standard room in Paris. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modern, the towels and linens are a nice quality. Because there is no elevator, I requested a room on a lower floor and was given one on the first floor. The desk staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

The lack of air condition made for a stuffy room on a hot day. A small electric fan is provided and helps. It's also wise to close the drapes when you leave the room in the morning.

It was so close to the cathedral and old town. In the summer months, you can see the light show on the front of the cathedral at night and be back to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. The view from the room was worth the 3 flights of stairs. As there is no air conditioning, the hotel provided a fan, which was perfect for a good night sleep. The bed was so comfortable. The kind person at reception was so informative and courteous. He went out of his way to check if a museum was open so I could plan well. He kept my bag safely for me after check out. I was very impressed.

Very loud neighbors,next doors were some african party going on and was impossible to stay in the room. Outside the window the whole night was very loud. no hair conditioner in the room. and lots of hair on the furniture and the bathroom.. Cleaning ladies need to take care of the hair.

Ideal location to visit the city centre, just 2 mins from the Cathedral. The room was basic and small (size stated online), but clean, with a comfortable bed. Shower + tub in the bathroom. Kind staff. A couple of good brasseries just round the corner to taste local wines, fromages and charcuterie.

Neighbouring houses had dogs that they let out at 7.30 am, so they started barking very early every morning. No AC, but the hotel warned us about that ahead of time.
