I had a great stay at PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore Bristol. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable, and the living area felt cozy and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing useful local recommendations, overall, it’s a fantastic option for those looking for a home-like stay in Bristol.
The only minor downside is that the area can be a bit quiet in the evenings,

The size of apartment was great. Erika, guest service was a shining light! We had a significant leak in the 1st apt on 2nd night and while that was unexpected and a mess Erika was helpful, offered what solutions were available middle of the night and sorted a new 2 bedroom apt the next morning. As the facility has no overnight staff we appreciated Erika coming in middle of the night.
Pre communication, 1 brief response and no follow up. Parking: there is very little onsite parking. Krystina in office should try stepping out from behind the desk and verifying what guest shared. Parking on street outside gates has a 4 hour max. No matter what the website says parking at end of street lot is £26/24 hours not £14 and telling guest to call council is a poor response to frustrated international traveler after many hours of travel. Label shower/bath in those apts that require you to put shower head lower than spouts and pull up center piece. ( having been in 3 apts they are not all the same.

Location to railway station and shops, Harbourside and town. Very roomy and comfortable. Great to have a lift as we were on the fifth floor. Loved cans of water in fridge, biscuits, tea bags, popcorn. Was very hot in the apartment but fans were provided. Great towels, bed linen. Great kitchen. There’s a very warm cupboard for drying clothes.
We couldn’t work the stove top and had trouble with the washing machine timing. It would have been good to have copies of the map of Bristol. We found one in the Bristol Cathedral. One more roll of toilet paper would have been nice. But we would stay again.

Easy to locate and they give you a code to get into the black gates and then use the same code to open the doors on the left hand side. After you get a different code for your keys located in a lock box on the wall at the lobby entrance area. Receptionist on hand if you need any help as I needed an extra towel so that was convenient instead of sometimes having to phone people to come and bring one.
Cot provided for the baby/toddler, however there was no mattress given. When I asked about this she explained that "it is up to parents to bring what they want for their child to sleep on as its a risk of suffocation", which I have never heard of anything like this in my life, even as a childcarer myself. This is unbelievable! They should at least tell you this information in advance prior to booking.

Great location, great facilities, great price. Ticked all the boxes we needed for a one night stay to attend a party in the heart of Bristol. Literally a 7 min walk to our destination. Comfy and spacious. Even more happy when we found out many of the other guests were paying more for a lot less comfort. Could not fault!
Really no complaints. Not the quietest of locations but you're in the middle of a vibrant city. Parking is limited but there's a great car park around the corner offering decent rates (for a city site before people moan!) Rooms were warm but fans provided. So much space!

The apartment is spacious and has everything required. The location is very good once you get used to the dark, lonely street and realise it's not far from the centre. The same goes for convenience stores and transport - it's all there, but not immediately apparent. All in all, a pleasant stay, but for the price we paid I think the next time we'll choose a hotel.
Soap, shampoo, toilet paper - not enough and not working properly (the bath gel dispenser specifically). No dustbin bags!! Only the bin (big, yes). After 6 days, full to overflowing and would have appreciated at least another one in a drawer. The same goes for the (tiny) bin in the bathroom. The street is dark and lonely despite not being in a remote location at all.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Although we only stayed one night the kitchen was well enough equipped to have stayed for weeks. The bathroom was spotless and massive which was great as 4 of us were trying to get ready for a music gig. The complementary hot beverage pouches, bottles of cold water were very welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable. And I was lovely and warm. I was surprised with how many towels that we had between us. I would happily stay there again and definitely recommend it to others.
The creaky hall floor that linked the rooms. I think if I had stayed more than one night it wouldn't have been a problem, but on the first night in a new place you notice it. It would be a plus if you had kids with you as it could alert parents of the kids being awake.

The two bedroom apartment was the best! Affordable for a couple who have different ways of adjusting to jet lag. Its location—we took a bus from Heathrow and then a short taxi. And it was short walk to train station and tour start locations, so that was great. I was so happy I decided to risk this place rather than a hotel—it was like having both! Plus, the little Italian restaurant across the street was awesome!
Maybe more instructions for appliances. But everything was great. We loved staying there for 4 days—Bath was a 10 minute walk to train station and 10 minute train ride. And Bristol was so much more interesting and worth visiting than we ever dreamed.

Great apartment in a very quiet location a short walk from where we needed to be. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The 11am check out is a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly.
Didn't receive the check in email before arriving with the details of how to check in. However staff were very helpful when we called and met us to give us the keys.

Comfortable apartment, clean and modern. Nice bedding and towels.
Too many emails before arriving, the last two emails we were driving and these were giving instructions on how to access parking, keys and so on…. When driving you don’t want to have to stress with emails full of codes. Also on arrival at 17:00 reception was closed and foor didn’t open for the car, it was stressful until we found number to call and ask for help. I think arrival should be less complicated, once you have done it once is fine I suppose and the apartment was good.
