Comfy beds and clean room. Nice size shower. Good breakfast lots of choice. Great location for the theatre and nearby pubs. 15 min walk into city. Quiet street at night. Local restaurants and pubs. Nice staff. Secure reception.
Room maybe a bit small for the price. Room too warm, no instruction on how the change the room temperature. Slight humming within room and something noising outside (like a small generator type sound - had to open window because room temperature). Dirty cups for breakfast (staff should check first!). Two simple things to fix: Need some hooks for coats as you walk in. Shower good, but nowhere for soap once you are in shower (end up trying to hold onto it).

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The rooms were beautiful, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We felt like royalty! Breakfast offerings were generous and absolutely delicious! Everything exceeded our expectations! We'd love to visit again!!!

Excellent location. So many restaurants close by. Views of the two cathedrals can be seen as you sit outside the hotel, drinking coffee or having a pint in one of the pubs on this street. Staff at the hotel are friendly and can provide you with lots of information about the area. Rooms are beautiful, plenty of lighting options along with lovely big windows. Beds are comfortable. In the room, you will find a helpful folder explaining how to operate air conditioning/TV/Spa bath/shower, etc. Whilst being in a vibrate area of the city, you will find it quiet in the rooms to sleep.
This is more fellow traveller advice than complaining. I stayed one night only, so I did not bring many toiletries.. I found the ones on offer (bath foam, shampoo, conditioner) not great, especially for longer hair. So I will bring my own next time.

When we arrived they told us we were in the basement, not happy, staff exceptional took us down and the lift said car park, more not happy and then we opened the door where the room was lovely, bed comfy and shower brilliant. So quiet and so peaceful so after an amazing two days in Liverpool we came back to a restful sleep. Location was great so much to do so really enjoyed our stay. They let us store our case before 3 at the hotel so dropped our bags and visited the red brick and baltic markets and has a drink at the philharmonic dining bag free.
I would say the check in online, on my phone with the phone being the room key. Not being a tech expert, with no warning off booking.com so if we didn't have a phone or couldn't do this was a little apprehensive but it was so easy to do and be on your phone so I ended up preferring it.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Location perfect for the Philharmonic Hall and the beautiful Philharmonic pub… basically a few steps away from each other. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We booked parking at Parkbee Heathfield Street which was cheap, easy to use and just about a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend unloading in the bay outside the hotel before parking if you have heavy luggage.
If I had to be picky it was “slightly” out of the very centre but no issue to anyone with a reasonable level of fitness, literally a 10 minute or so walk down (a gradual incline on the way back )

Beautiful hotel, room & decor. Very comfy beds & the bedding definitely has that luxurious feel to it. The 2 members of staff we met upon arrival & the next morning when leaving were very helpful, polite & friendly. The room was clean apart from 1 small issue which was a dirty mascara wand on the floor as I stood at the foot of my bed unpacking my suitcase, so I'm assuming it may have been slightly hidden under the bed, although absolutely not a major issue for me, one might suggest that the hoover nozzle is used around/under the bed.

Parking upon arrival was a little confusing as it was a friend who arrived separately who needed the details & to enter her car registration, but we got there in the end.

This was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and helpful, from the GM (who was working like everyone else) to the receptionists & late staff. Asking what we had planned each day, and enquiring what we had done when we got back but in such a friendly way it felt really genuine. They also gave us suggestions for where we could visit if we go back to Liverpool. The room was really nice, a big comfortable bed, a wardrobe big enough for a few days worth of clothing for 2 people, and a few drawers too. The Bathroom has stunning features, with a rainfall shower, jacuzzi bath, feature wall, and quirky yet cool sink. I can't praise this hotel enough, we are already looking at returning here again next year.
The air-conditioning wasn't explained and took a while to figure out.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We stayed 3 nights for the Aintree Grand National, 20 minutes from the hotel to the race course. We parked in the hotel premises, which was just amazing, no stress.
There is nothing I did not like during our 3 night stay I would have returned to this hotel again without thought. However when we booked this hotel it was £400.00. We instantly tried to book for 2026. The price had more than double to over a £1000. For that reason, I would not return to the Philamonic Hotel

Excellent hotel, perfectly placed for visiting Liverpool and exploring the sights. It is opposite the Philharmonic Hall, if you are at a concert and it is a late finish, this hotel is ideal for you. Beds are very comfortable, choice of pillows, lovely bathroom products in individual bottles, and good quality Breakfast is continental, £10, plenty of fresh fruit, cereal yogurts, fresh pastries and unlimited tea or coffee.. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station. The hop on hop off bus stops outside. The staff are very helpful. Definitely a place to stay.

Absolutely stunning by far the best hotel iv stayed in Absolutely spotless not one fault. The staff were all amazing nothing to much trouble my daughter had the best 18th here with her friend they felt like Queens. Iv stayed in a lot of hotels in Liverpool over the years and this is by far the best I wouldn't stay any where else now if u want friendly staff and a spotless hotel this is definitely the hotel to book. Thank you to the philharmonic for helping to create the perfect 18th for my daughter can't wait for our next stay.
