If your are looking for a simple, but reasonably comfortable, very clean and very well located place to stay, Cleveland Residences Kensington are perfect. I had a small bedroom (perfect size for one person, but certainly good for two), with an good double bed, good shower and the basic kitchen tools (I did not cook during my stay). Heating was working well, even though not much needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. One block from Earls Court tube Station and two blocks from grocery store. Quiet neighborhood.

There was construction noise in the morning, probably from the street. When taking a longer shower, water flooded from the junction of the bathroom floor with the room floor. It was not much and did not cause any inconvenience. Staff said they would look into it.

Stayed again here after good experience last time. Had slightly different room and sofa bed. Location is hard to beat.

The sofa bed was disgusting after we removed the cushions. The thin mattress had hairy like long black material, probably unsuited for frequent use, and was not even clean. We put what we could find on top of that thing to make it at least comfortable. The sofa bed we had in our room at this location last year was very different, nothing to complain about.

Location, size of the room (executive double), friendly and helpful staff, electronic access codes for both front entrance and rooms, meaning no keys to carry around. The building has a lift, the rooms have windows that open for fresh air and plenty of natural light. We have stayed at both Paddington and Sth Kensington Cleveland Residences a total of four times and have always been extremely happy there.

Perfectly located a block off a great street with shops and restaurants. Located very close to an underground station that connects to other major lines. The hotel itself was very clean, recently renovated and had all the amenities you would need such as tiny kitchens in the rooms and washing facilities available.

Nothing, this place was amazing would 100% stay here again.

Nothing major..

Very good location: 5 min to Earl's Court tube and 7 min to Gloucester tube. Few shops within 5 min walk. 20 min walk to National History Museum and Science Museum. Studio was very clean. The kitchen has a toaster, microwave, fridge, kattle... There was also a sponge and liquid for washing the dishes and a tea cloth. We also received a tea bag, coffee and milk for each night. We had an issue with the TV, which was solved after being reported. Personnel is very kind and helpfull.

Studio 1F is close to the back entrance and very unpleasant because of the banging doors. I believe it is used by personnel. The door bangs so much when it closes, that it wakes you up. During the day we were not in the room, but in the evening or during the night it was horrible. The doors shutting stopped after 1 am.

Great accommodation, with a full kitchen, toiletries from soap to body moisturizer, the staff helped when we had a small problem and the location is great in relation to the metro station.

Pros: - Excellent location in relation to public transportation. Earl's Court has plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. Great hub to access anywhere in London. - Cleveland Residences (CR) tries to accommodate early check-in. Worked in my situation. Appreciate! - studio is modern and well designed i.e small space is well utilised. - clean. - attentive staff. Suggestions for CR: (1) full size mirror in a hallway would be a good addition as there are no electric plugs in the bathroom i.e using a hair dryier without a mirror is a bit of an annoyance and (2) a bed side light would make the space more comfortable (ambience and moving at night).

- mattress without a mattress topper is a killer for my back (can feel the springs of the mattress). - none of the pillows suited my neck. - even the street does not have much traffic, the windows (single glazed) let all the traffic noise in. - CR has made its best to make people to respect others i.e keep the noise down, however, especially certain nationalities disregard such notices. The soundproofness is quite poor. My nights were spent with earplugs.

There were iron and ironing board in the cupboard. Fridge was also in the room. The bed was extremly comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. The area is safe and nice. Bus stop is very close, underground stations are not far either. Free WiFi in the room.

The bathroom was very small, there was a very small place between the toilet and the wall it was facing towards, so for a taller person it would be difficult to use. There was no phone service available on the ground floor. Fortunately at least there was free WiFi available there.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The kitchenette was practical. The bathroom was big. There was a laundry room.

I wouldn’t say that there were things we didn’t like but there could always be improvements everywhere because no property is perfect. The room was slightly small for 3 people, the shower floor was a little slippery, there is no housekeeping service which is important for a 6 night stay, and the digital door lock would jam sometimes. However, nothing was a major issue and this is simply considered constructive feedback.
