The hotel is situated in an amazing location, less than a minute walk into town. Being just outside of the town centre, we were able to find on street parking everyday. Being a small hotel, you get that personalised service and staff were very helpful and accomodating. As others mentioned, the free afternoon happy hour was a nice touch and a lovely way to connect with others. The hotel has a small private sauna that guests can use for free.
The included breakfast, while delightful, is not served until 8am. As we were there to ski, we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast on most days and many cafes in town do not open until later in the morning. The interior design is quirky and nice but the quality is a bit amateur. Imperfections have been painted over, the screw on our toilet seat came loose, the lighting is insufficient, etc. The room was clean but dusty. You could see the lamps had not been wiped down for a while and both of us woke up in the morning feeling a bit congested.

The room and bed were very comfortable. Happy hour was lovely and the inclusion of non alcoholic beer was a great touch. The complimentary non alcoholic mini bar was lovely too. Thank you for the early check in and the takeaway breakfast for our early morning tour. We really appreciated it. Loved the location also.
You had to ask for things to be topped up in your room. We chose to stay here due to the inclusion of the Continental Breakfast however it was lacking in attention to detail and freshness during our 5 night stay. For the price you pay these things need to be addressed.

Room was comfy and very spacious. Location was so central and was a short walk to all the attractions in Queenstown, be it activities, restaurants or shopping. It was a splendid neighborhood to stay with a park right next door. The breakfast was nice and there was the happy hour in the evenings where guests can mingle and have drinks. Enjoyed the complementary bottle of wine given on our first night. While there is on-site parking, there is ample free street side parking too. If in Queenstown again, would definitely stay again. Cheers!
Nothing, all good :)

Rooms were large, with a small patio including chairs, and gave a great view of mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Happy hour in the lounge every day for free, with a choice of wines and beer together with snacks. This felt more like staying at a friend's home rather than a hotel. Highly recommended
There was nothing I did not like.

The location was close to town. The arty decor was lovely, and the use of dark jewel tone colours made the environment very cosy. Having a good continental breakfast available was great and complimentary sodas, water & milk available 24/7 was a nice touch too. Liked that entry was via a numerical key pad making for good security. The staff were great and very friendly, made you feel very welcome.
The only thing was the bed, great if you like a softer bed not so great if you’re used to a firmer bed. Left one of us very stiff and sore.

Loved everything. Alyssa and Craig were fantastic and so helpful. Rooms cleaned and refreshed daily. Excellent heating, water pressure and wonderful heated floors in the bathroom. Block out blinds were a god send. 🙌 and Happy hour was so appreciated 💓 and a lovely touch to meet fellow travellers. Wonderful light breakfast and snacks for the room. Can not fault this hotel and the staff.
No issues at all. Nothing

The staff were incredibly good - super friendly and super helpful (but not over the top - just perfect service). The location is great - not right in the heart of the city, but only a short walk away, so quiet but central. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains were very effective at making the room dark for sleeping. Happy hour was lovely - relaxation with free wine and nibbles at the end of the day.
Breakfast was just so so. Parking was a little difficult to find.

The hotel was very stylish and was in a great location. The beds were very comfy and the rooms was extremely spacious. All the staff we met were very accommodating and helpful.
I did think there were things missing for this being 5*, like no robes, no Bluetooth speaker, and no option for cooked breakfast - there isn't a real dining room or bar. We had a lovely stay, but I'm surprised it rates 5*. There is limited off street parking so advise booking in advance.

The location was wonderful, the happy hour was an amazing perk. We found the room to be huge with a great view. The heated floor in the bathroom was such a treat, and the hotel parking was super easy.
The beds were quite uncomfortable so we didn’t too sleep well. The room above us was quite loud as the floors were thin so every step they took sounded like they were stomping away waking us up during the night.

The attention detail, the location and the staff plus the little additions like free happy hour and mini bar. Also it’s really close to the bus stop for remarkables and Cardrona - 2 min walk. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, the Rees and Sherwood but you can’t beat the location
I generally go for a place with more facilities but this place was great. There’s a sauna as well.
