The hotel is very new, just opened few weeks ago. The view is stunning and the rooms are spacious. There are some negative reviews before but i did enjoyed my stay very much! The location is the best and we are taken care of very well.

Great location. New Hotel, everything clean, a few little issues but worth the stay. The front desk team was amazing and the harbour view rooms were specatacular

The restaurant staff could have been a little friendlier as we ate breakfast 7 days in a row and it felt like they didnt recognise us. Also there was some noise from the rooftop bar.

The hotel is gorgeous, well appointed and super close to shops and restaurants at Commercial Bay, very convenient. Super clean.

There needs to be more than 2 staff checking people in, you always have to wait to check in/speak to someone. We had to wait a long time for our second room to be ready (even though we checked in at 3) and then had to chase them up for the key. They said it had a leak so put us in a different room on level 10 - but this was the side of the hotel rather than front which is what we had paid for. We were then given a room on Level 9 which was good. Worst part of the stay was how we could hear everyone on the street at night (it was a sat night) - yelling, laughing, singing etc. We didn't get much sleep. I have never stayed at a hotel with so much noise coming up from the street.

Location was excellent right on the wharf. Breakfast was good at Advieh which was sleek and modern. There was a water filtration station on the floor which was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to set the thermostat. Could also make tea and coffee in the room. The concierge Luciano was terrific. He suggested places to eat and different areas to visit. He arranged a later check out and a car to bring us to the airport. The hotel has direct access to the mall next door which was nice.

While the room was modern, it was not functional or well designed. There were only two large drawers in the closet but one of the drawers was occupied by the safe leaving only one to use. Also the door to the closet was the same door for the bathroom so in order to access the closet, safe and drawer, the sliding bathroom door had to be fully closed and vice versa. There were no drawers in the side tables which were small. We lived out of our suitcases because we couldn’t really unpack. Also there wasn’t a good place for taxi or Uber to pull up for pick up and drop off.

Location was perfect for our dinner reservation at Ahi, literally down the corridor and upstairs. Rooms beautifully designed with a great shower, the bed and pillows were absolutely blissful. First class customer service given.

To find a carpark outside the Hotel - (1 Queen Street, Auckland) was a nightmare, very much hit or miss situation. Under extra facilities in the booking carpark available was stated. However valet car parking was available with a added cost, didn't mind paying for it especially being located in Auckland...but it would had been a nice to know when booking through Booking .Com rather than finding out when we got to the Hotel.

For late check-in, please kindly leave a note for instruction, as my mother and I arrived in Auckland at 1:00am, we were a bit disoriented when we got into the city. It was absolutely understandable that no bell person was downstairs working at that hours. However I didn’t know that the intercom screen has a touch-on sensor for ringing the reception desk until one of the residential guest came in, and let us to the 1st floor to check in. It was a little bit panicking for me as my mother was a bit tired. All else are great! 😊

Just a bit more instruction for late check-in guests, for late/early morning check-in!

The bed was perfect! We traipsed around New Zealand for a month. This was our last day before flying home. No bed was comparable this month, not even my own. The bathroom was beautiful. I didn't realize the shower was so sexy though, until I was told when I got out. 🫣 The automated blinds and setting- the- scene lighting was pretty cool and luxurious.

The bathroom lighting could use a bit more lumens. All the automated stuff required a bit more time to figure out than I would've liked. A guide would be nice.

The hotel is close to the harbor and all the shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast had a lovely variety of food. The friendliness of the staff.

I could not sleep because of the noise that I could hear in the early hours of the morning of people in the street. Shouting and having a party that disturbed my sleep. My friend joined me for breakfast and I needed to pay 35NZD for his parking for an hour that was very expensive

We stayed in a King bed room over looking the harbour. The room felt very spacious, with impressive decor and furnishings. No bath, but a big rain shower with nice toiletries. Breakfast wasn't included but we decided to eat in - plenty of choice on the buffet, plus we were able to order one meal off the menu, and endless barista coffees. Great value for money!

All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a large and very comfortable bed. Fabulous shower. Cannot fault our experience and would recommend.

Nothing. Only small gripe, which is out of the hotels control, is the bar underneath was quite noisy on Friday night until 3am and we were on floor 11, in a soundproofed room and could still clearly hear what was going on.
