We recently had the pleasure of staying at Continental Park in Lucerne, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room and allowed us to check in early, which made a great first impression. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. The facilities throughout the hotel were top-notch, and everything worked seamlessly. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day right. The location is great —just a short walk from the train station. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, service, and convenience, I highly recommend Continental Park.

The room size was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff in the reception were amazing and so helpful. The location is close to the Old town and within walking distance around 15 mins. The hotel offers car parking which is underground and so secured. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Breakfast can be improved.. more pastry options, more cheese and vegetables will make a difference.

The price/performance ratio is extremely high. Round 300 CHF for a rather small room with brown wall-to-wall carpet and not that up to date furniture is not OK. I understand that you can fill the hotel at these prices anyway, but it doesn't feel right that you charge a price that to most guests feels like a rip-off. It destroys the whole stay at this very nice hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne. The location is absolutely perfect—just across the road from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. It’s also within walking distance to the Old Town, Lake Lucerne, and plenty of restaurants, fashion boutiques, and souvenir shops, especially those selling Swiss watches.

Location was great, right next to train station and grocery store but not loud. Clean and helpful staff. Nathalie was very kind and helpful.

Another hotel in Luzern gave us free water in the room each day. I thought it was a little mean to leave out a Toblerone out in the room that was not included.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The best staff I've experienced in the last month in Europe. The room was big, the bed comfortable and big smart TV. It is surprisingly quiet considering the location. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was ok, but there was a wait on the bacon and eggs both mornings. They don't replenish very well, probably to save money, but the wait was annoying. You're so close to shops and cafes, so just eat out instead. The ac everywhere in Switzerland is regulated and not very cool. Not their fault, but I'd recommend closing all blinds during the day.

We had a free upgrade to a suite, which was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable room. The decor was quirky, but it made a nice change from a standard hotel room.

on check out there was quiet a wait, would have good to have a easier check out option, the staff were busy booking excurions for remaining guests.

Great location just by the side of train station. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Room is clean and good sized, with a coffee machine and a sofa. Very spacious shower room and pressure of water.

There's a button on the room handle that says do not disturb. DO NOT PRESS THAT BUTTON as it will invalidate your key card.

The location is 10 out of 10 as the hotel is just opposite to the train station and it is quiet inside the room throughout my stay. The tourist attractions are within walking distance and the staffs at the receiption are nice！ The cleanness is up to standard.

The only issue we had was the air conditioning is not working too well to make the room warm enough :(
