Staff were vey helpful with assistance in all parts of the hotel with our dog.
1) The door on our shower needs to be reset on hinges as it was very difficult to open / close ( why ?? ). 2) On the Friday night my wife and I had dinner together. I had a fillet ( £40 ) which was a reasonable size and well cooked to what I wanted. On the Saturday night we met with our son and grandson for dinner. Once again I had the fillet despite £40 price as did my son. My steak this time was a lot smaller and a bit over-cooked. My son's fillet was even smaller than mine which was just ridiculous. We complained but it went in one ear and out the other as nobody bothered - very disappointing indeed !! I can only describe these bits of fillet as a complete rip-off.

Great hotel with attention to detail. Beautiful decor, lovely bath products, beautiful bathtub, lots of nice tea and coffee. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Facial at the spa was a real treat too. We wanted to treat ourselves on this trip, and we truly felt spoiled.
Breakfast was amazing, but was not included in the price. Connection to town is soso. Bus stop right outside the hotel, but buses in Aberdeen are still not so easy to use (do not follow timetable; swipe on/off does not always work). Room was bistro/street facing so I slept with earplugs on, but slept really well.

Everything was perfection beautiful extremely clean hotel with luxurious carpeted hallways and into the room as well. The standard room was perfect for me, luxury in my world great furniture in the wardrobe and desks comfortable chairs and a great air conditioning system keeping the room cool or heated as required. The television provided great viewing with sky sports and movie channels. The whole place is spotless and very attentive helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for anyone staying. The food was superb at dinner, I don’t eat breakfast but friends said it was great with an amazing array of dishes on offer. My beef noodle salad was a stunning dish I wanted to have more but went for the bbq pork chop served sliced with prunes peaches and a cider sauce. We ordered a side of new potatoes to go along with it but they were too much as the meal was very filling. A great stay and one I’ll make again
I wouldn’t want to make a big thing off it but in the shower which was a really great downpour from a rain head I really wanted a seperate wand ( hose) to reach those undercarriage parts the rain head doesn’t reach very well. If entering from the rear car park it’s best I learned to leave the baggage in the car until you can check in and receive the room pass otherwise you have to climb a high spiral staircase as no entry to the elevator without the pass. Once given you can use the lift to go back to the car and retrieve the luggage making it easier to access your room.

Malmaison Aberdeen is the perfect base for us as we have family nearby. We walk into town for daytrips, but there is a great bus service outside. We adore the chic décor (especially the wallpapers and the cellar!) This is a repeat visit to Mal Aberdeen and we can't recommend the hotel enough. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and admittedly, we have only had breakfast in the main restaurant and bar lunches as we are usually with family for evening meals. That said, the food we have had has always been exceptional. The staff make the hotel. From all the FOH team, who have always been so welcoming no matter the time we arrive, to the F&B team who are flawless in their delivery of service and knowledge of the wine list! The hotel is the perfect spot for a quieter stay as it's just outside of town with a free (small) car park to the rear, backing onto residential areas. Hence our repeat stays!

Room - really nice, although plug in sink has sealed shut so had to call for someone to fix it (which was done very quickly) Reception staff - really helpful and professional Breakfast - really nice
I'd been tipped off by someone I work with that there's a special menu with two courses for £25/three courses for £30 if arriving before 7pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at 6.30pm I was shown to my table and given the standard full menu only. I then had to ask whether there was an alternative menu with these cheaper options and only then did the person say yes and that he would go and get the separate menu. I feel that this was a bit naughty as if I'd not have been made aware of that cheaper menu by a work colleague beforehand, I would never have known to ask for it and would have paid a lot more for my meal (which would have been difficult as I have a £30 maximum on what I can claim through my firm's expenses policy).

On arrival at the hotel until our departure 2 days later, we received outstanding service from reception, bar, restaurant, spa and housekeeping staff throughout our visit. Pleasant, kind, professional, helpful it means the world to us. I have stayed in hotels 6 times this year. It costs money to book a hotel and we both felt the staff at your hotel respected us everywhere and at all times. It makes the difference to people's day if you are treated well. We felt like royalty and that's so special. Thank you.
We think the toilet rear may have been leaking but didn't report this.

All of the meals were wonderful; our breakfast was included the cost of our stay and was well worth it. The selection from the "buffet" and menu were more than ample The room was quite large and had many extras: robe, slippers, bathtub. Very, very nice
Nothing, honestly. Everything was great! One small thing: our room (although beautiful) was located in the older part of the building where there is no lift. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to our room. If stairs are an issue for you, make sure your room in near the lift

The hotel is very well located, with convenient parking and a bus stop right across the street. Our room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast, though limited in variety, was tasty. The best perk was definitely the gym, which is very well equipped. The hotel staff were also very friendly.
We stayed over the holidays, and unfortunately, we were unable to get a table for dinner at the hotel. We tried to order room service, but at the last minute, we were informed that room service with actual meals had been canceled on Christmas Day, which was very inconvenient. Our room was on the lower ground floor, right next to a walking path from the parking lot, meaning we had to keep the blinds shut the entire time. Combined with the room’s design, it felt a bit like staying in a basement.

We were given a complimetary upgrade of room as we were celebrating our engagement and booked into the hotel for a night of wedding planning. The room was very comfortable, bed was amazing. Nice spacious showers with waterfall heads. Room was nice and warm as well. You can also connect your phone to the tv so you can watch netflix, youtube etc which I thought was brilliant. We ordered room service from the restaurant and the food was brilliant! Steak were cooked to perfection, fantastic portion sizes and flavours of everything were amazing! We booked our room with breakfast included which is cheaper than paying on the morning so would always recommend doing that. You have access to unlimited continental and the options for cooked breakfast are fab. Massive bonus, coffee is unlimited and they even give you takeaway cup so you can take one to go when you're finished your breakfast. Will definitely be back and looking forward to our next visit
Can't fault anything at all

We had arranged to meet friends here for dinner, and as we live out of town decided to book in for the night. The hotel looked beautiful as the Christmas decorations were still up and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were given a room on the lower ground floor that had recently been refurbished and it was absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, with loads of space. We had drinks in the bar when our friends arrived before enjoying a fantastic meal in the restaurant. We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay and would not hesitate to come back again.
We weren’t staying longer! 😉
