Very clean , tidy and good sized room. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean .A great location ...they also offered free Airport transfers. Nice ,smiling receptionist. They have a swimming pool too

We were three adults staying in one room ...do they supplied just 3 glasses, cups, plates and even spoons . There were cooking utensils but no cooking spoons or ladles . There were only 3 tea bags ,3 milk sachets and 3 coffee pots. The pillows were terrible ,even with 2 pillows it felt like sleeping without pillows. There was no extra blankets or pillows to use .

This was the most affordable accomodation option for us. The rooms are small and simple, but look to have recently been refurbished so its new furnishing which is nice. The share bathroom facility was clean. The staff were great in terms of getting us to the airport on time at 5am in the morning. Was super easy to get the bus to, the bus stop is pretty much outside. Easy to get from the hotel to town via bus and train.

It was quite cold and there is no heat pump. We requested extra blankets twice but they never arrived. There was a breeze in the hallway, I think one of the doors stays open? It was tricky finding the reception, its actually the reception for the hotel next door.

We chose this place for the 24-hour shuttle service, as we were arriving at 12.45 a.m.,and it didnot disappoint. The service was prompt, and we were warmly greeted by a friendly driver. While the motel is a little dated with older fixtures, it was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. - just what we needed for a convenient stopover. Great value and a stress-free experience overall

The room was described as deluxe,which might set the wrong expectation. If you're booking based on that expectation, you might be disappointed - it was basic and functional; but not what many would consider deluxe. A term like standard or classic might be more appropriate and in line with what's offered at this price point. Also the shower mixer was tricky to use - once the flow was right, the water became to hot, when turn down to a comfortable temperature the water flowed less.

Spacious room, double bed with kitchenette including microwave, kettle and air fryer, dishes, cutlery and glassware available. Small table and chairs within the room, yet spacious to unpack a suitcase. Overall clean and tidy. Shared bathroom within building is exceptional. Spacious and clean. Showers can be hit or miss with temperature control. Great shared kitchen/lounge area, easy autonomous access into facilities and building. Fantastic staff, very welcoming. Optional airport shuttle bus provided at a cost, was efficient and timely. Overall quiet location, and no issues with noise from other guests.

Hard to identify with different names for the complex. Location isn't near much, however a bus station is close by for carless travel. Car parking is tight. Otherwise, pleasant short overnight stay.

Conveniently located Not far from the airport. They provided you with necessities and facilities. With the price we paid for, we are happy with the room we were assigned to. The room is clean and tidy with all necessities. Clean towels, comfortable bed and even coffee and milk also provided in the room. We don’t need anything more. What make this place even better is the people working at the reception, Daniel and Harry. They are so delightful. Prompt and willing to help. They arrange the trip to the airport at 4 a.m., in the morning for only $10 fee. What a great service they provided. We shall return.

I dont remember his name im sorry but the guy from vietnam in reception whom checked us in was incredibly bubbly joyful and happy to help with any of our request even when he was incredibly busy and no doubt overworked and underpaid he was magic and my Mother loved his energy and bubbly can do attitude so ty so much, good luck with all your endevours and remember to add me on instagram. My Grandmother felt the accomodation lacked a few essentials. Salt and pepper, variety of tea and coffee and the bench that the microwave was on is obviously reasonably secure but looks dodgy asf. Lol.

1) Best customer service 👌 2) Shower pressure 👍 3) So we arrived abit earlier than we expected, not realizing our flight was at 9pm the next day instead of 9am, plus check out time was 10am usual stuff, we were reassured by the receptionist/Shuttle guy that we could stay and kill time in the lobby until later in the day. It was very kind of him to let us hang around at the lodge until we needed to get dropped off and we are very grateful he insisted on helping us!! So thanks to the shuttle guy, I'm so sorry I forgot your name but yes thank you!

I was on the courtesy bus in the morning for my early morning flight. Myself and two other guests waited 25 minutes for a family to get in the bus. This caused us anxiety as I nearly missed my flight. I understand the bus driver was being kind & considerate to the family but due to the close proximity if the airport he should have left them and returned to pick them up as they were only going to the domestic terminal which no check in or security is required for. As mentioned I almost missed my international flight which could have been disastrous. However I didn't and this was my only criticism. I would happily stay there again and recommend it.

The team made it really easy for us to check in very late at night (after midnight) when our plane got in, as well as the room being very clean, tidy and safe when we got in.

Basic accommodation but literally no issues - the bus stop was right outside, as advised, and just down the road was a laundromat, a bakery, a convenience store. The rooms were quite large and although we didn't use the kitchen (we were only staying overnight due to a very late flight arrival time), it seemed quite well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable.

We upgraded to the newly refurbished rooms which were in the hotel next to the original accommodation. They had a pool which was nice to relax by. Airport shuttle service for reasonable price. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean.

No iron or ironing board in room. The room we originally booked was in one building and was like a room within a large house with communal kitchen and lounge. The room we upgraded to was in a separate building next door to original property. Cost of up grade $20.00. It appears they own two properties side by side. Strange and confusing.
