Great stay for our purposes. Convenient carpark, easy check-in and check-out. Very quiet comfortably night sleep. Good spacious ensuite shower w/c with lots of hot water.
We were in room 108 and the headboard of the double was loose. It would have banged against the wall all night whenever we rolled over, so I stuffed cushions between the board and the wall, which solved the issue. Also, the shower hose was warm out and in need of replacing.

We didn’t check in until later in the evening as we were using the hotel as a stop over for our early flight the next morning so didn’t use a lot of the facilities but the gentleman at check-in was incredibly helpful, even bringing me up water (so I didn’t have to trek back down to the bar) as I was there with my 8 month old son on my own; he offered to help with my travel cot too if needed. In the morning (4 am) the other gentleman again was very helpful - opened the door so my mum could get in to help empty the room, he offered to help carry bags, etc to the car and made sure we were all okay. The room itself, was clean and comfortable, there was a little bit of noise from other guests around 9 pm but other than that we didn’t hear a sound.
Overall we had a fab stay for what we needed however, I didn’t like that in the main bedroom area the blind was paper thin but in the bathroom there was a thicker blackout blind - I had to get creative to make it darker in the room (the only photo I took sadly). I was originally told there was no room for a travel cot but actually in room 108, one would fit down the side of the bed but it would be against the wardrobe or behind the door - it leaves a small gap to get in and out but still manageable, although I appreciate the hotel might not recommend this due to fire safety. I was staying in a room with a shower, if possible it might be better to put people travelling with babies in a room with a bath but that’s just my opinion.

Staff were so lovley, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful . Beautiful stunning rooms with comfortable bed, beautiful decorated room with tea coffee facilities and nice big bathroom, room was spotless and found absolutely no fault in the bedroom, we stayed for one night and honestly loved every minute of it and can't wait to stay again The view from our bedroom big window was amazing could see the sunset and watch all the cars go by and watch the airplanes going into land which me and my partner both love!!
WE LOVED IT !!

The staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space and very quiet considering it was next to the main road. All in I am going to stay here again when next in the area.
Dinner finished serving at 1800 but there is plenty of other places in the near vicinity so not a major problem.

It was clean, bed was comfy and good price
Room was roasting and there was no way of turning heating off. We asked several times for heating to be turned off and they said each time it was but radiators were on 24/7 and there was no way of turning them down or off on your own

Nice cozy room with plenty coffee and tea options, pretty quiet even though The main road ran several yards from the window.
Unable to get a coffee before we left, girl said machine was broken but had we ordered breakfast then tea and coffee would have been served.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly. There is provision for meals at the facility for those who need it. There is free parking space available. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
I didn't like the fact that we are not allowed to eat in our rooms. I feel the focus should have been on clearing up food after eating in the rooms rather than completely banning guests from eating in their rooms. That sounds too restrictive.

I use this hotel regularly for work and suits my needs. All staff I have met are super friendly and it would be unfair to single out individuals, however, Angela and Debbie were a great help this week with my request for an extra night stay. 💐💐💐💐 Thanks girls!!

Good clean hotel, convenient for those with a car, at an excellent price. It's out of town but right off main road, a 20 min walk to Dalmuir station and a £22 taxi back on Sat night from middle of Glasgow if not driving. Small but well equipped business-hotel style room. All in, very good.
