The location is perfect, plus, it gives a sense of luxury and privacy, as it is small. I don't agree with the reviews of 2023, which I read out of curiosity :)

Our room had a bathtub, the steam and the lack of a window meant that for a while after using the bathtub, the room was damp and heavy. The AC can't be set by yourself even though there is a panel for it in the room, you have to call the reception but unfortunately, it's not enough.

The staff was from the first moment till the last very friendly and helpful! They offered an excellent service, because when it was raining we asked for an umbrella, which they really went looking for. And for breakfast, as I had to eat lactose ànd glutenfree, they put in the effort providing me slices of bread, a brownie and cupcake, and there was 1 staff member who even went through the effort of making me batter for a waffle. Besides that the hotel is still very new and uprising. It screams luxury and in the meantime is still very affordable. You enter this building and immediately go: wauw! It's also just a 10 minute walk from the main square and in the neighbourhood is thé best wine bar (1 minute). A hidden pearl? Certainly!

Location of the hotel is very close to old town (Stare Miasto) and close to every important point of the city.Interior design of the hotel gives you perfect vibe when you enter the building. 1-Rooms are nicely decorated,The quality of materials and craftsmanship in the rooms is of a very high standard.Ceiling is very high and you have nothing missing in the room, 2- Staff is very helpful,friendly and gives you good vibes (Especially young lady at the kitchen is very ambitious,friendly and helpful) 3- Breakfast is very delicious,coffee is better than in coffee shops,a lot of tasty options such as chocolate muffins,Croissant and some other very tasty bakery products.They also put recycled coffee mugs for you to take away your coffee 4- Building door is automatically opening and closing and makes you feel very special. 5- Internet works fast 6- Bathroom is very big and water pressure in the shower is very strong.Towels are always clean. 7-Bed is very comfortable 8- In room you have pocket tea and two types of Water bottles are always ready.

Quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent bathroom, rooms cleaned daily and a really good quality breakfast.. % min walk to the main square. Very peaceful hotel and spotlessly clean throughout.

Windows where quite high up, so couldn't see out ( i think this was just the 3rd floor). That's just a minor issue and would stay again.

Location was near to Old town , about 7-8 mins walk. Tram stop was close by as well around 3 mins walk. Breakfast was excellent , 3 types of hot dishes and various cold dishes, various cheese and self made pancakes etc, ladies at breakfast counter was very humble polite & very helpful. Wifi was good. Reception Staff were very pleasant & helpful in giving recommendations. Few restaurants were closeby and also a convenient store.We stayed for 6 nights and loved it, we will use the same hotel if to return.

Had to wait until 2.30 - 3 pm for the room although we had arrived by 10am.Early check-in was not available, but luggage storage facilities was provided, hence cannot fault .

Great location: close to the old market while at the same time silent place. Breakfast with very good choice. Building is old while they have elevator

I stay in the room for one person. Outside the room in the corridor was some noise from air conditioner or hood on ceiling. I heard the noise all my stay. I said about it on the reception and they said that they don't see if something is wrong with air conditioner and they also couldn't change my room since the hotel is fully booked. I slept with ear stoppers, it helps a bit. The motion sensor was also in the room with blue light. It is ok but not in the night. Especially the position of the sensor is on the level of the bed. All the time when you move in the bed in night it starts to light and you see a blue projector in the room. Sleep mask helps a bit.

The hotel were very beautiful, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, it was very clean ,location were perfect, breakfast was very good .

Unfortunately we couldn't sleep at all for 2 nights we were staying at hotel, because even we ordered big double bed ,it was so small like for lilliput;)) It was suffocating as no air-conditioned and no window could be open. Despite the design and clean it was Unfortunately not pleasant stay for us.,if they change these important conditions it will be best hotel. We hear many other costumers have the same complain.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with great storage for clothes and other luggage. Bathroom facilitates were fantastic. The location was excellent. Plenty of fantastic restaurants in walking distance (lots less than a couple minute walk). It was only a ten minute walk to the main square, and probably even less than ten minutes. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, quiet and within 10-15 minutes of all big sights. Very clean rooms, Co-working area is a good place to lounge and breakfast was nice. Staff were also very forthcoming and friendly

The rooms don’t have any temperature control, so you have to reach out to reception if you need the AC modified. There’s also a blue light by the door which casts a reflection on the mirror across and can be a little irritating at night.

The hotel is perfectly located, a short walk away from the main square with plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. The hotel building itself is modern whilst keeping its grandeur and is very tastefully furnished. The breakfast is ample with plenty of choice. We were there in January so it wasn't especially busy but despite reviews, there are plenty of tables and the breakfast is topped up.

We stayed in a superior room. Whilst it was lovely, the there are two key issues. The first one is the bathroom. As there is no door the bathroom is cold. As there is no shower curtain the bathroom floor gets very wet very quickly. And lastly the ventilation is poor (windows in these rooms do not open) so you are reliant on a very complicated air conditioning system. The second issue was the "room clean/:do not disturb" panel at the door. It continually flashed which in a very dark room disturbs when the room is dark. I ended up fashioning a cover to dim the flashing.
