The motel was in a good location for our stay, 5 minutes walk to Burger King and bottle store 😋

Some lights didn't work, but not a big issue as there were side lights that operated. Didn't like the door stopper as it was in the way and kept stubbing our toes on it, could have had a portable one or a latch to the wall for the door. I didn't like how there was no other condiments eg: salt & pepper I didn't like how the toilet didn't have a cleaning seal across the seat, so you know it has been cleaned.

Great location, close to The Plaza Mall. The spacious room and the spa bath are the things I like the most.

We were happy with the location, walking distance to shopping mall and other places to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. We choose not to use the room service as we were only there 2 nights and had a baby sleeping they gave us fresh towels and took the rubbish etc which was great.

Bed wasn't large or particularly comfortable but as we only stay two nights it was ok.

Due to the location (which was great) there was a lot of road noise throughout the night. This was in no way the hotels fault and potentially the only way to rectify that would be to sound proof all the rooms which is probably not feasible. This was the only negative to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Ground floor room for access was great, spa bath excellent and shower had good pressure without spraying everywhere

The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but that is not unexpected for a single night stay. If staying longer would have brought our own pillows or asked for extras.

Central location, easy to access. Roomy unit with all necessities. Quiet and comfortable. Will stay their again if travelling to Palmerston North. Friendly greeting at reception and cheery waves from staff if encountered. Easy secure parking very close to unit.

Great location and furnished with all the appliances need to enjoy your stay. Also spacious room and bath house 😊😊. Clean environment.

Able to access other apps like youtube or Netflix on the tv. Aside from that everything was great

Room was well appointed, clean, tidy and worked well for our family. Shower in particular was luxe. Value for money was apparent with all requirements catered for. Staff were involved and responsive without being intrusive.

There was no negative aspect about our stay.

The room and motel in general was actually significantly better than the photos. We were so happy the kids could go upstairs to watch TV and give us a bit of peace and quiet.

Nothing 😁 double bed was a bit small (we have a king) but my husband is 6ft3 so I say it's his own fault.

After a long drive from Taranaki and not planning to stay in Palmy, Booked online last minute. My daughter and I Checked in at 10pm and checked out at 6.30am. Heaps of parking onsite, and no traffic noise. Was very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and clean and bonus was electric blankets.
