Great location, friendly staff, easy access to underground parking. Room size was fantastic

One elevator to the car park was pain as you had to get out at the lobby and then get into another elevator

The buffet breakfast was delicious, room a generous size, with ample space to relax, clean and modern.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was closed for renovation.

We were upgraded on our return from our Outback trip to 11 th floor with lovely harbour view.

the staff at the Pullman were amazing. they more than made up for the tired exterior and rooms.

Professional trained staff throughout ,whom acknowledged guest within all areas . Front of house very polite and supportive to achieve a pleasant stay when I was under substantial timeframe,to undertake work and attendance to meetings. Food quality was excellent , bar service was above average within a quality hotel . Room very clean and functional ,with cleaners flexible so not to disturb during working . I have travelled extensively and stayed and many hotel , I totally recommend Pullman International Cairns is the only place to stay in Cairns . Thank-you everyone at the Pullman Cairns

Minor damage within the radius of the entry tiles needs replacement and the foyer area of each level could be enhanced with additional art and low table with flowers and ottoman near lifts. A more detailed exposure of breakfast services times is encouraged,some snacks at the bar mid afternoon would be appreciated especially for business travellers .

First stay at the Pullman International, Cairns, which is in a great location close to the marina, where you can get numerous reef excursions, and also a vibrant Bay Area where there are numerous great restaurants. Amazingly beautiful lobby entry into the hotel where we were met by a very friendly reception, who offered an upgrade to our room choice free of any additional charge. This friendly and very helpful service continued throughout our short stay at the hotel which was very much appreciated. Our upgraded room was large and very well appointed with all the helpful ammenities you could need within the room. Very comfortable bed and a balcony with beautiful views over Cairns and the marina area. Breakfast buffet has a large range of hot and cold food and a chef who will make any kind of omelette you desire. The nearby bar area is a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing decor of the lobby. The hotel staff gave great advice in assisting us with a reef tour booking, and also provided towels for our trip. This was our first trip to Cairns, which we found amazing and we would recommend, without hesitation, anyone to stay at the Pullman International whilst in Cairns. You will not be disappointed with your choice, the hotel amenities and most of all the friendly and very helpful staff. We will definitely return for a second stay at the Pullman International, Cairns.

2nd stay @ the Pullman International in Cairns & couldn't rate it high enough. Absolutely perfect venue, loved every minute. The staff were absolutely beautiful, such friendly, kind and helpful. The venue updates look fantastic since I was here last. The food in Cocos was so delicious. Great menu and excellent freshness. The cleanliness was outstanding, nothing to fault. The staff and venue made our stay so comfortable, thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Please move the smoking area at the front to the side on the entry way into the drive way (Brewery side) so you don't have to walk through the smoke in order to get into the front door. Anytime we tried to gain entry into the building, we had to walk through smokers, as asthmatics this caused us both to have asthma attacks. We understand smokers need their space. Please put them on the other side of the driveway near the brewery in the corner where no one walks. Where they are atm is the main thoroughfare for all pedestrians, and it absolutely stinks. If you placed a dedicated space on the side corner amongst the trees with some chairs, the smokers would be more comfortable, and people who don't smoke & want to access the venue could do so comfortably.

The location is great, within walking distance from anything you need in town. It is one of the taller buildings so when you're at a higher level the views over the city and ocean are amazing. The renovated rooms are nice and modern. My room had a bath and a separate shower. Undercover parking is a bonus.

The pool area is in desperate need of a revamp. It was also sad that there is no bar at the pool. There are QR codes to order with but we didn't try. No sauna at the gym. The fridge in the room is tiny and no ice / freezer section. Outdoor furniture is really uncomfortable on the balcony. Buffet breakfast was not as amazing as previous stays.
