The staff is amazingly helpful, kind and positive. Would like to thank all the staff. They made our trip truly memorable.

The walls are really thin, so if you have trouble sleeping, you’d better bring earplugs

The room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with amenities. A bottle of Cava was provided, which was part of the welcome service. Breakfast was a good spread and worth it. The hotel is accessible, close to a metro station, and several restaurants nearby.

Took an Uber, and the hotel's location pin is set for the back entrance. Luckily, we found hotel staff on break to guide us. Would have been confused otherwise and think that we were dropped at the wrong place. Rooms from floors 1-3 are below street level and dark. Suggest taking higher floors for those who crave natural light.

My room was lovely and much larger than I anticipated based on photos. The location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to the metro and lots of good restaurants. As a solo female traveler, I was very glad I chose to stay here.

The breakfast was very good but a bit expensive for the offerings.

Upon check-in I was offered a glass of sparking wine and pastry. I was checked in by a lovely receptionist Andre who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I entered the room I was amazed by lovely decor and traditional Portugese tiles, the bed was comfy, they even have a pillow menu. A complementary iced champagne was a nice touch! In addition, the hotel has amazing rooftop bar on the tenth floor where you can order some great cocktails and snacks. I had a Madeira island and Strawberry sour and they were delicious. I also ordered breakfast in the room - it was continental with everything you can think of - again amazed by the quality of service and hospitality of the staff. Next time I’m in Lisbon I’m definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel!

I loved absolutely everything, nothing to dislike

Incredible property! Wonderfully decorated. Really felt like a unique stay in the middle of the city. We booked this hotel for the rooftop balcony and vibes - this did not let us down! The staff was amazing and immediately made us feel like VIPs! We cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to checking out their other boutique properties around the world!

Rooftop was closed at 4pm on our check in day for a private event. We went up earlier in the day to get a drink and service was quite slow. I ended up tracking down a waiter to get it placed.

From when we arrived the staff were so friendly, took our bags in and got us into our room earlier than check in time. It's a wonderfully decorated reception with a nice bar area too! This hotel took care of all of the little things, delivering our luggage to our room for us, giving us chocolates each day, free class of sparkling wine whenever you fancy it from reception and some snacks provided from 12pm to 12am every day. The room was amazing, coffee machine provided and the bed was huge and so comfortable. Bathroom was supplied with rituals shampoo conditioner and bodywash and we had a lovely view right down to the water.

We've stayed at 3 different accommodations in Lisbon and this has by far been our favorite. It is in a PERFECT location!!! Close to the downtown without having to deal with all the noise. It's a beautiful from the hotel down liberty street towards the water and there is a beautiful park nearby. The staff were absolutely lovely. We had 3 rooms for my family trip and everyone can say the same about how amazing it was. They greeted us with sparkling wine and treats when we arrived to the hotel. We then were surprised with sparkling wine in our rooms after coming back from exploring the nearby area. The views from the rooftop bar were also spectacular! We had beautiful views and cannot speak more highly of this hotel.

Fantastic staff, always willing to help. Me and my fiancée stayed here a couple of days before our wedding and were overwhelmed by how attentive and friendly the staff were. Even though we had just booked one evening before heading off to our wedding destination they were extremely amenable and went out of their way to help us with any request we had. Thank you so much to all the staff here, what an amazing group of people. Also important to say that this place is extremely well situated, just beside a metro station and very easily accessible.

Beautiful hotel with up to date rooms. Clean , great service . Always ready to help . Liked the little touches such as cookies , pastries and drink at the check in ; the prosecco in my room . The roof top bar was beautiful and enjoyable to take guests for a drink .Breakfast was superb with every option .

Location wasn't great for me as I needed to take a Bolt everywhere but to be fair , this was similar for other colleagues staying at other hotels in Lisbon . Won't deter me from staying here again.

The location was exactly what I needed. It was halfway between my conference venue and an easy 30-minute walk down into the old town. There is a supermarket opposite, which has its own cheap cafe. The hotel recommended a nearby restaurant, "O Cacho Dourado" which serves excellent local food. There is a Metro station within a 5-minute walk which will get you into town or, with one change, to and from the airport (about 30-35 minutes). My room was very comfortable and also quiet. I liked the rooftop bar, which provided a place to have a relaxing beer and local snacks It is not the cheapest hotel in town, but one I can recommend and I would definitely return to.
