The room was nice, spacious (except the shower/toliet area) and clean. The room had a mini fridge (that actually worked) and microwave. The smallest patio area was nice, but it was too hot to keep open so early morning coffee was the time to enjoy it.

The bathroom was the smallest thing we had ever scene and we had to step into the shower to get in and out. The pull out couch was no larger than a twin size bed, so we ended up going to buy an air mattress for our kids. WiFi was not great. Did not like that we were not told about the additional costs for parking. Everything seemed to have an upcharge which was disappointing considering the cost of the stay anyway.

I got a great deal on a "suite" for 6. I totally expected a "Motel 6" for the price. I was delighted when we checked into our room. There was a room with 2 Double beds and a separate living area with a fold out sofa bed. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a great view into the middle courtyard with a terrace area to sit outside. We were surrounded by college buildings so the area was pretty quiet and it was a short drive down to Division which took us all over the city. Very "homey" feeling!

I have late risers and the bistro closed at 10 AM. It would be nice to have them open until 11;00ish. The food was good but it was a little spendy.

The cleaning woman that was there when we were going to check out was amazing and sooo polite!!! She greated us multiple times and asked us if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything!!! Amazing 👏

For the price of the room the waters in the room should be complimentary or at least cold in the fridge for $2 not $5 !!! We went to the gas station to buy big $3 waters!!! Just sayin! Also we have stayed at cheaper hotels that offer continental breakfast !!! Lil things go a long way!! We travel alot and to stand out you need to make staying at your hotel inviting convenient and have competitive prices!

All staff was great. The restaurant served surprisingly good meals. The location is great and the surroundings was very nice and peaceful.

No USB receptacles anywhere to charge. Limited TV channels in the room but a good variety in the lobby lounge.

Hotel, bar/ restaurant staff were wonderful! Check-in staff were great and managed to make our hotel request work with a joined rooms! Walking distance to local bars/ restaurants! Great location!

No complaints really, besides hearing the traffic from the highway, trains, sirens and loud motorcycles

The hotel was at a great location in Spokane, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, it was clean and quiet with a cost value that was great

There are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance however for a cheap uber ride options for dinner were plenty

The grounds were very nice, plenty of areas inside and outside to sit and enjoy your food or drinks. Indoor pool/hot tub, security was good.

When booking online I ended up paying almost $70 more than what the advertised price was. Breakfast was not included.

Location. Staff was nice.

No internet. Room was small. Cable service for tv was crap. Streaming not available. No channel information. People in neighboring room played very loud music, got drunk then fought at 1:00 am.

Plenty of charging ports throughout the room. The remodel of the room was great. Walls are thin but guests were courteous and kept it down.

Bistro closed early when it ran out of food.

The Courtyard was a great place to hang out while the family was swimming in the pool also hotel was in a great location

Didn't like that the room didn't have a microwave and location of ice machine kinda sucked
