It was very nice place and very clean Convertible bed good size bed with little kitchen it has all you need felt like home lovey hotel. The staff were excellent specially lily and Ally Ally was very thoroughfull She was amazing she offered me Vegetarian Sausages because she can see that I'm wearing hijab and not eating a becon at the breakfast again thank you so much 💕

The breakfast wasn't great but Ok not a lot of option or fruits but other than that every thing was good and next time if I'm in Cardiff I will like to come back

Sink didn’t drain. Would have liked to have had a sofa in the room to relax more.

Well placed midway between City and Bay......both walkable though free breakfast important as no such facility nearby.Hot food excellent and decent choice of cereal,teas etc.Would have preferred better quality juices but not and issue overall.Very friendly staff and comfortable spacious room in quiet location.Would use again.

Wanted to explore Cardiff, found the hotel on booking.com and thought it was idea, 10 mins to the centre, so would be quiet when we needed it. The room was great, it was nice to have the facility of the kitchen. Breakfast was good, and Angel was so attentive with a great smile to greet you in the morning. Small issue, the shower leaked through the sliding door, not too much of a bother for us, but it might cause you maintenance issues in the long term. It appears there is no seal where the sliding door and the fixed panel overlap. Overall a great experience and we are now looking to book Liverpool to do the same.

It wasn’t far from the city centre. The rooms were spacious and the small kitchen area had everything you needed. Parking was a real bonus. The breakfast was excellent.

The desk/dressing table drawers need a handle/knob to be able to open easily as the gap below the desk top and the drawer top is very small and struggled to open them. I also requested twin beds if possible and was told that these weren’t available as they don’t do them, but it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast seating area could do with a re-figuration with more tables and chairs rather than big sofa’s.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better — just a short, easy walk to Cardiff Bay and the city centre. We booked three king suites and they were way bigger than we expected, spotlessly clean, and really comfortable. The mini kitchens were such a nice touch — dishwasher, two electric hobs, cooking pots, a mini fridge, and all the utensils you could possibly need. It made it feel a bit like home. The bathrooms were fresh and well kept too. Parking was stress-free with plenty of space, and the bonus? Four electric charging stations — so we never had to worry about finding one. The staff were just lovely — friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

What's not to like?

The hotel was clean and included breakfast. Due to jet lag and time difference I came down as it was finishing so only got a pastry and juice so cannot comment on full offerings. The location was not bad and included parking which was a bonus. Not too far to walk to city centre but not super close either. The price I paid for the night I stayed was expected. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to stay an extra night and my room was available. However due to the Oasis concert my room that was 125 pounds went up to 475 pounds. Out of principal alone I could not justify paying that. I understand hotels mark up rooms in high season and when demand is high but that kind of increase is just criminal. All of Cardiff seems to participate in this and it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the city. It is like extortion. There were rooms available around the city the night of July 4 (the first Oasis gig) but the prices they were charging everywhere was insane. The Marriott quoted me a discount from 780 pounds to 550 pounds at 2am that night with a check out still at 10:30am.
