As Hilton Honors members we were able to check in hours early, which was great. The hotel is in wonderful location, walkable to many sights, and close to the tube and Thames Link. The room was so quiet that when a loud parade went right past the hotel, we couldn't hear it at all. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and we'd stay there again.

The windows in the room were covered with an opaque film and could not be opened, meaning we had no view, which made us feel a little claustrophobic.

The location is great and the facilities overall very good. Large comfy bed, good bathroom, all very clean. Check-in was easy and straightforward and the 12 noon check-out time is better than for other hotels.

There is little-to-no information on the hotel description page that king rooms may be on the lower ground floor and therefore do not have a proper window. This was disappointing.

The room was small but the bathroom was so small that the space between toilet and wall was so tiny that I couldn’t properly sit. I am a short person.

Do yourself a favour and book this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. A shoutout to Gideon! His friendly demeanour and willingness to help with whatever we needed made our stay that much better. The breakfast was incredible, Marius, Rafael, Gyts and all the breakfast staff were amazing. We had two twin beds in our superior room, and so much space! The bathroom was large, the bed was super comfortable, everything was spotless, and the whole space was so tastefully designed & decorated. The location was unbeatable. As soon as you walk out the front door you're greeted by the magnificence of St. Paul's Cathedral. It was an easy walk to tube/train/bus stations, felt very safe, quiet at night, and not overrun with people during the day, but still maintained a vibrant city feel. The little side streets were so charming and picturesque. There's also so many fantastic restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, and anything else is an easy bus/tube ride away. I would stay here again & again.

Sometimes you could hear a bit of noise from other rooms, but this was minor and not bothersome.

The room had a window covered with an opaque covering. Because of this, there was a feeling of enclosed space. This was not stated anywhere in the hotel information when booking. for 230€ you will get a room without a window. the staff said that this is the norm.

Lovely decoration and the staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast was just right. A great combination of options and good quality. We stayed in an accessible room which was perfect for our needs.

The Aircon in our room was stuck at 21 degrees. Our only option was to either have the room aircon on or off. As we were just staying for one night I only raised this to the front of house team in the morning of our departure. The other slight annoyance was that drinks are finished quite early so when returning from our meal we were only able to get a very quick nightcap and there is no mini bar in the room so once the bar closed that was it.

The decor in the rooms is lovely, very modern and exactly to my taste. We enjoyed the hotel bar and had bar snacks before we went out for the evening, food and drink was very much to standard. Arrival check in the hosts were very welcoming.

Arrival/departure heating was on full blast and it was very overwhelming, our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time. Bar would benefit from more variety on the menu such as anti pasti boards/breads etc

Although the room was lovely, we didn’t spend much time in it as we were out fro 9am till late, shopping and sight seeing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely with good pressure. It was in a lovely area with a view Of St Paul’s cathedral from the hotel entrance. It was also close to a few nice cafes and a restaurant and bar.

The maid wanted to clean our room at 8.30 on both days which was too early for us as we were still getting ready. Although she did come back later when we told her we weren’t ready.

The hotel has great proximity to the City Thameslink station and not too far from Blackfriars station for additional options. It's within a stepping stone away from St Paul's Cathedral. The reception had an interesting stone display behind the desk. Breakfast was continental; self-service buffet with a provision of coffee or tea that the host would ask you after receiving you at the entrance to the dining area. Freshly squeezed juice, cereals, yoghurt, fresh bread and pastries with a variety of spreads. Amenities in the room included a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, bottled water and tea, alongside a kettle, luggage rack, hairdryer and iron with an ironing board. The shower provided readily available hot water. The room albeit small, was sufficient for your needs, with a comfortable bed, a small table and chair, and overall a restful experience. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a Queen guest room with a view, however, there was no actual view, as it was facing the opposite buildings. The room was fairly quiet, however it was easy to discern the pinging sound of the elevator, as well as guests traversing through the corridors. Outside of this, the room was quiet.

Perfect location, within walking distance of St.Pauls, Blackfriars, Millennium Bridge to the Southbank, Tate Modern etc. The room was quiet, clean overall, very comfortable, enough space foe both us. The kettle, cups, glasses were immaculate, bottled water in fridge was appreciated.Efficient staff on reception. Excellent coffee shop at of the hotel (Tattle), with brilliant coffees and gorgeous pastries & friendly staff.
