This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better—perfect for a first-time visitor to London. It’s within walking distance of top attractions, world-class shopping, great restaurants, and conveniently close to the Underground, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special mention goes to Edward, the head concierge, whose local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations made a huge difference in helping us make the most of our time in the city. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests is truly commendable. Being so close to London’s vibrant theatre district was another major plus—we were able to catch a show with ease, just a short stroll from the hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. It has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to hotel for all future visits.

I was hesitant to book this hotel after seeing a few recent negative reviews, but I decided to give it a chance, and I’m so glad I did. Our experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, our allocated room was lovely (premium), and the location couldn’t have been better. We were able to check in early & check out wasn't until 12pm, which was a great bonus. It is on the pricier side, but compared to other hotel prices in the area, and considering the quality, service, and unbeatable location, it’s actually very reasonable. Everything from the service to the cleanliness was top notch. Location: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 Customer Experience: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Price: 5/5 I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great staff, they were all very helpful and went over and above expectations. The location means that you’re away from the very noisy main roads - it’s tranquil and peaceful, lots of boutique shops and unique coffee shops. The bed and duvet were exquisitely comfortable. Great air con. The downstairs lounge area was spacious and a great design. Nice breakfast buffet, lots of choice and managed to get gluten free toast for one of our travellers.

Breakfast area was a bit chokka-block, narrow walkways, difficult to navigate from the table to the buffet. The downstairs toilet -1 were smelly, dark and they clearly need loo brushes to be supplied!

Front staff and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated our early check in request and kept our bags safe for us while we explored the city. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, the rooms were very quiet. The complimentary flavored water and snacks at reception were also a welcomed treat! They even filled up our refillable water bottles for us - that was excellent!

The closet in the room was hard to access as the coffee machine was in the way. The mirror inside the washroom facing the toilet was not necessary as the vanity mirror was large enough and there was a full length mirror on the other side of the bathroom door. Nobody wants to see themselves doing their business. I think the furniture in the room could be better and more functional. The nightstands were very small and there was no drawer space. Instead of the glass table (which was sloped so things fell off) a small dresser with drawers would be better.

I love the location, and this time the size of my room which was very generous for London. This hotel has much smaller rooms, so I am not sure if I was lucky, or booked something a little different from last time. Breakfast is very good, and worth the money. Staff are always very professional. The key to this hotel is just the location however. You just leave your room, and you're in the middle of beautiful, buzzy London.

The gym is dark, and it smells on the lower ground floor. I would not actually use the gym because of this. The bathroom downstairs also smells. I guess a general issue with sewage, I can see it is clean.

We loved the location, and that it had two entries, including a back exit and entry. The lounge area on the ground level was very tastefully designed and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned on time, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also loved the bathroom size, and the toiletries provided and the towel warmer. And how spacious the mini bar area was, so that we could keep some of our own food too. And there was an iron and ironing board in the room too.

Room did not have much of a view.

The staff at the reception and the housekeeping staff were very helpful in every aspect. The restaurant section staff were incredible. They worked very professionally and did everything to make our breakfasts extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The room size was ideal and the location was very central.

The negativities I mentioned have absolutely nothing to do with the staff, they tried to do their best despite the lack of opportunities. As others have mentioned, it is a little noisy at night due to the central location. But the main negative thing for us was that unfortunately the baby crib we wanted was just taken down to the room. There was not even a pillow or quilt suitable for baby sizes. Moreover, even though we asked, we learned that it was not available. If there is a crib for babies, they should also have appropriate bedding. Also, since it was old, cold air was coming from the windows.

Excellent location and the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We were in London for a celebration so I had specific requests for our stay. The guest relations team were very efficient in their email correspondence. Breakfast was varied enough and to a high standard. We were impressed with the hygiene standards of the buffet and the restaurant was inviting. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel too. The bedroom was comfortable and clean.

The pictures on the bedroom walls of the women are a little random and not so much family friendly or relaxing to look at. It’s a minor point and we can’t really fault anything else.
