Firstly the staff were fantastic! So lovely and ready to help with anything. The rooms themselves were great too. Clean, comfy beds and soft pillows. So nice to sit out on the balcony as well and enjoy the view and fresh air, not having to worry about kids’ safety. Being able to cook our own food was great too. Good amount of storage in a good size kitchen for a short stay apartment.

The shelves in the fridge doors were broken in both apartments which meant they didn’t have as much storage or wouldn’t close properly until we removed them. One room only had a small frying pan available which wasn’t ideal for a 2 bedroom apartment, the other had a decent one so we used that.

Nice location and walking distance from a station. Great suite with nice facilities. Room is big and balcony is spacious. The couch was comfy and TV and aircon worked great. The washer\dryer came in handy.

Nothing too specific. The bathroom is a bit dated but not a big issue.

The living room, the balcony, and the kitchen were spacious and well fitted for longer stayes. The bed was sturdy and comfortable with lots of room for clothes. The bathroom has a washer and dryer as well as cleaning tools and a drying rack for clothes.

Weak Wi-Fi signal that frequently dropped off, dire lack of easily accessible electrical outlets where one might need them (e.g., by the desk, around the bedside table, and sofa/coffee table). Room lights are mostly outfitted with cool-colored bulbs. I would prefer a soft-warm lighting to make the room a bit cozier and welcoming.

The location is excellent being only a stone's throw from the Queen Street Mall and also having a mini mart across the road for any room supplies needed. The bed was super comfortable and the size of the room was great. I was in Brisbane for a course which was on Charlotte Street so to walk only a few 100 metres up the road was a delight.

It would be nice if a few small bottles of water could be left in the room and a slightly larger bottle of milk for when you arrive and the onsite parking could be cheaper. $45 a night is extortionate.

Excellent stay after travelling up from Adelaide on Great Southern Train. Very clean, tidy and well maintained - well, apart from the broken lock on patio doors that is. Offered another room but preferred on 40th floor, very difficult to burgle room at that height! Problem temporarily fixed by me with a length of sturdy wire, a pair of pliers and brute strength. Big Shout Out to Tayah and her staff who were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole stay, couldn't do enough for us.

Suggestions made on check out - Firstly provide a raised grid mat in shower as tiled floor was very slippy when wet and could cause serious fall into open area in rear of shower.Secondly a wall clock in the apartment so customers can glance and see the time easily.

Location, Room functional, shower chair provided, easy access from lift to disability car park. Staff very friendly and professional. Can manage from this location when using wheelie walker as close to everything.

Stayed in same room 6 months earlier in June 2024 and some maintenance issues from then such as dryer filter flying off at every cycle was finally fixed when reported this stay. Shower rail kept falling off. Couldn't get updated TV channels such as 7 Bravo. Disagree Disability Parking with Disability Parking Permit should pay $35 per day parking. Free Parking preferable. Don't wish to stay in room 3004 when returning for 3rd stay 02 to 17 June 2025.

My partner & I stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment at Oaks on Charlotte and were very happy with our accommodation. It's a tall building at the south end of the CBD, great location, short walk to the river and to the pedestrian bridge across to Southbank. There's 44 floors and we were on L41 - fantastic views to the east and south, especially at night. Our apartment ticked all the boxes - everything you need and very comfortable. Positives: Foxtel on TV, spacious balcony off the lounge room, decent kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), good washing machine & dryer (sachet of laundry detergent, drying rack). Bed & pillows very comfortable, spacious shower with good pressure. There are fancier hotels but this is excellent value for what you get. There is an excellent Coffee Club cafe at the bottom of the building, really good meals & coffee, good prices. There are also lots of small Asian restaurants nearby - great food & great value. The indoor lap pool and outdoor pool were popular with other guests.

Soundproofing could be better - loud music from nearby hotels on Friday night and people talking outside our door were clearly audible - but it wasn't a big deal. The internet is quite slow, which can be frustrating. (The wifi on the Qantas flight back to Melbourne was actually better.)

Great place to stay in the heart of Brisbane, close to everything. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really great to have kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Supermarket close by (Woolworths in the Macarthur Centre) so we could easily buy ingredients and cook for ourselves. Huge comfortable bed with fresh linen. Housekeeping service was very efficient - they came to make the bed, change towels and restock kitchen/laundry items daily.

Pool/BBQ area a bit underwhelming, didn't use them in the end. Fully functioning kitchen with stovetop etc but not much provided in the way of utensils, pots, pans etc. Apartment could do with some freshening up - new paint to cover lots of scuff marks, deeper cleaning, small repairs etc. Air conditioning had a funny slightly mouldy smell but we had to keep it on constantly due to the loud drone of the inner city outside.

Convenient location right in the city. Short walk to ferry terminal and also uptown shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were very nice and polite and gave helpful advice. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed 4 nights so it was good having washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave etc. Plenty of wardrobe space and luggage holders are convenient. Quiet apartment even though we were in heart of city and we felt very secure.

The smell in our apartment was a bit off putting - maybe air conditioning system or lack of vent in bathroom/laundry. Not a good array of teabags,etc. salt and pepper shakers would have been helpful. Fingerprints on tv on arrival and towels were not the greatest quality (one had a hole in it) but sufficient quantity of towels were available for our stay. Shower could do with resealing as there was a little bit of mould. Elevators were busy at peak times - sometimes the wait more than 5 mins.
