Very comfortable bed, spacious clean light and bright room. Lots of storage space. Safe. Huge luxurious bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Stunning christmas decorations in all public areas. Helpful staff in the restaurant and reception. Lovely cleaning team who we met in the corridor. All very friendly and all spoke fluent English.

Nice hotel, very well placed to visit local sights on foot. Amazing breakfast with hot and cold options. Any queries were dealt with promptly by the excellent Reception staff. One disappointing issue was not the hotels fault. They informed us they had an agreement with a local taxi firm for airport runs at 350Kr. We happily arranged this through Reception. Taxi arrived on time. When we arrived at the airport he denied all knowledge of an agreement and insisted on 410Kr. If anyone books a taxi through Reception in future I would suggest asking Reception to check with driver when they arrive to avoid being over charged.

Beds were comfy and they provided an extra bed & cot so we could fit our family comfortably. The room was a good size and bathrooms were clean. Close to train station and Tivoli gardens. Staff were very friendly and provided us a to-go breakfast on the day we left as we had an early flight. The buffet breakfast we had the previous morning was not a huge selection but quite delicious and had a decent gluten free selection as well. There's a courtyard and comfortable lounge area in the hotel as well.

The carpet was dirty and the street outside was not the nicest. But the beds & bathrooms were clean which was more important but would've been nice to get some slippers. The price is quite high for what you get, but it is Copenhagen so to be expected I gues. Overall a good experience.

It was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We love that it's so close to Central Station and easy transport around Copenhagen. The staff are always friendly and they accommodated our room request. Hotel has a nice layout and the breakfast is always amazing (one of the reasons we book here). It's quiet despite being in a busy area.

The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade, such as new carpets and updated bathrooms. The room did get very hot in the summer days which would prevent me from booking during this season as there is also no ventilation from bathroom and very little air.

Cozy hotel with well-decorated rooms, very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom; we enjoyed a great breakfast and were pleased with the location, which is easy to walk to and access attractions in Copenhagen and also close to public transport (it's just a few minutes from the train station); We needed a late check out and they allowed to stay by only paying the extra 3 hours;

The room size is not ideal for a family; it feels small. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a nightclub for adults, making it an unpleasant experience to walk past it with the kids every day.

Great hotel close to the main train station (you can walk from there). It had a pleasant character, nice inner garden, helpful staff. Breakfast was great, although guests were warned that it can get crowded in the later hours. I went early and left when the crowds arrived and had no problems. I loved the special cheese slicer and the great variety of vegetables. Perfectly suitable for vegetarians. Would book again without hesitation. Great location too. And silent. Copenhagen is silent in general, but this hotel is just far enough from the train station to be really quiet. The bed was of good quality too.

Nothing. A striptease bar is right next to the hotel, but heard or seen nothing disturbing.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the little sofa and we loved the shower pressure! The hotel is very cozy, we didn't experience any noise disturbance, and the location is amazing for exploring the city's attractions. Breakfast is quite good, there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly go back there, it's great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

It's important to note that not all premium rooms come with a sofa but we were provided one upon request. The shower could have been a bit bigger or with a glass screen to prevent the shower curtain from sticking to the body.

The location was excellent, right next to the central train station and a short walk from the main shopping street. The breakfast was very good and included pancakes, waffles, pastries, cheese, meats, salad, cereals, bread, cooked breakfast, juices etc. Everything was constantly refilled and dirty plates cleaned away quickly. There was a lovely lounge downstairs which we didn’t use ourselves but saw people relaxing in. The outdoor garden was also lovely but it was too cold to sit out while we were there. The room was compact but clean and very warm. Bathroom toiletries were Rituals, so very nice quality. The bathroom was a wet room with a shower, only. This was fine for our needs. Our room had a bed (memory foam mattresses topper which was fine but a bit warm) and a sofa bed.

The filter coffee at breakfast wasn’t great. No bar but reception sell drinks.

The place is 10-15min walk from the train station as well as Tivoli. The room was spacious enough. One breakfast was ok. We left for Bilund in the morning and asked for early packed breakfast and we got it.... The receptionist recommended some nice places to dine. There is a nice lounge to have a drink.

The towels had stains. The packed breakfast contained three pastry buns with chocolate, three yougurt plactic cans, some slices of cheese and paprika, two apples and three cartons of water. Defo not for the price of what was paid for breakfast Is it so complicated to make three sandwiches with ham and lettuce? The curtains do not close fully To turn on tv you have to turn on additional switch (sadly, figured it out only before leaving in the need of using the hairdryer) Receptionist could have informed on that

The breakfast was top-notch. I absolutely loved it. The room met my expectations but the shower curtain could be of better quality, it was constantly sticking to me and made showing very difficult.

The breakfast area was a bit crowded at 7:30. Not too much but I did see some families who had to wait 5-10 minutes. My room had a window facing the courtyard, at 22:00 there were some people talking loudly and laughing, it didn't persist past 23:00 but was a bit annoying nonetheless. The window latches need some renovation. To be honest I am nitpicking and wouldn't consider anything mentioned above as an issue.
