I looked at some of the other reviews which seemed a bit tough. This is a 2 star property according to Portuguese categorisation. Considering that , it is really vey good. Rooms are basic, clean, decent bed, decent shower, hair dryer and tv fixed to walls, 5 coat hangers and two paper cups. :). If you want more then probably not ibis. But it was minimal very clean and not unattractive. Good location unless you have challenge with walking on hills. In which case uber in Lisbon is very good. Staff at hotel were really very nice too. Someone was playing guitar in reception one night which was fun.

It was all ok. Just know what to expect. That said for low cost end. It is not that cheap. But Lisbon is getting steadily more expensive in general.

The hotel room looked exactly as pictured, the WiFi was fast, convenient location from the metro and bus stops and Ubers were readily available. Continental breakfast was enjoyable and a nice range of foods, we also liked how long breakfast was available for (until 12.30pm). Staff were friendly and we felt welcomed. Our room was very quiet and apart from aircon, we couldn't hear any noise from other guests or outside.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit lumpy and flat but they were ok in the end. On the first day, we asked reception for more and they said there were no spare pillows as they had missed a delivery - bit odd. There was a funny smell from the drains in the bathroom that would appear sporadically. Wardrobe space was a bit small. Other than these relatively minor issues, we had a lovely stay.

The room is basic but met all my needs. Comfy bed, big shower, lots of space. It's about 20 minutes casual stroll to the touristy heart of Lisbon. But it is far enough away that it's a quiet area too. The staff here were above and beyond friendly and helpful. Opted for the included breakfast buffet - it's standard Portuguese brekkie - some breads, cereal, eggs, luncheon meat, cheese, fruit and fresh juice and coffee. Nothing spectacular but they do serve until 12pm which is nice for any late risers. Checkout is also 12pm which is so nice as well. Also, 1 euro Heineken bottles during happy hour!

Nothing really, the place is bare bones so if you want fancy, look elsewhere. Breakfast can be skipped as there are many places within 30 minutes walking distance where you can get a decent breakfast for more or less the same price.

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars because it exceeded our expectations. On this trip, we decided to save a little on accommodations. We didn't even miss the usual amenities, that we never usually end up using, like a coffee machine, dresser/drawers. The room was extremely clean, quite spacious, and perfect wifi connection. The air conditioner was the quietest I've ever experienced in a hotel, the curtains offered complete blackout, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We booked a superior double room, which is basically a king size bed, with one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept in (we stayed 6 nights). We were on the 6th floor and could not hear the street at all, there was also next to no halfway/elevator noise. It's a great location, 2 blocks up from the Avienda da Liberdade, a 20-ish minute walk to Praca da Figureia/the Rossio or Praca do Pombal/Praca Eduardo VII, and a 10 minute walk to a Hop-on-Hop-off bus stop. There are pastry shops, restaurants and markets/groceries less than a block in any direction. The neighbourhood is accessible, quiet and safe. There is a breakfast room, which we did not use, and a bar/coffee bar/lounge area in the main lobby. This hotel provides the basics very well, we were not disappointed.

Location is nice, very quiet, there are staff and guests in the lobby 24/7, I feel very safe. The neighbour is nice, not many hobos around. The room is spacious with good sound proof, you can open the window (just a bit) to enjoy the Lisbon fresh air. My favourite part of the hotel is their staff, they all have good smile and speak good English, very helpful and friendly. I love this place!

It could be nice to have a mini fridge in the room though. The nearest bus stops or metro stations are at least 5 min walk away - uphill or downhill. Not many restaurants choices at night, you need to walk for a while or order food at the hotel. The hotel lobby is a bit warm and background music can be lowered.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated close to everything. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and the metro station, and it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean throughout my 3-day stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable with space to organize all your clothes. The bathroom was equally impressive—modern, spacious, and stocked with everything I needed, including a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for making this an unforgettable experience!

Good hotel. Clean and new. Good breakfast

I didn't really like the location, but that's on me. I didn't realize when I booked it was on the top of a hill so my old-ish mom had to walk up and down to get the tube etc. It wouldn't bother me at all if I was alone but with people with limited mobility it can be an issue, so you rely on a taxi

Great location, only drawback was having to walk up the cobble stone street with luggage. I was very impressed with the cleanness of the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from.

The hotel has central AC; therefore, you have no control over the temperature in the room. It got very warm during the night.

This hotel is in an exceptionally convenient location, making it easy to access key attractions and amenities in the area. The beds can be more comforatble.

Great location. The room was small but fine, comfortable and very quiet. Staff were very kind and helpful, especially Andreia and Carla. Breakfast was excellent!

The shower pressure was poor, but to be fair we didn’t complain about it so maybe they would have repaired it. The heating didn’t work well but the lovely reception staff provided us with a small fan-heater which did the trick.
