The rooms there don't just have baths, they have big baths, and the showers work well too. The radiator worked, I stayed in a hotel once where the radiator didn't work so they gave me a heater which didn't work either. The room I stayed in was quiet and private. The hotel supplied me with all of my coffee and most of my milk. The room was a good size, comfy and the decor was relaxed. I stayed in a hotel once that had the decor of an office, I didn't stay long. The location is obviously excellent for the city centre, especially Birmingham New Street Train Station. Really handy if you want to explore another part of the city, which I did on one occasion. Friendly staff there too. I left a day early but that was nothing to do with the Comfort Inn Hotel.

The WiFi was a little bit slow. A mini fridge may be handy for a summer stay there.

I was very pleased with the room and location, which was more than satisfactory for the price. You have everything you need, so it's a great place to stay if you're in between trains or flights. Fast and easy check in. Staff were very helpful and polite. There is also a bar where you can get snacks and drinks that you can drink there or take to your room. China town, shopping centres and a Tesco Express are also very nearby, so you will have no trouble finding shops or somewhere good to eat. It's also realy close to New Street Station, so I will definitely consider using this hotel again in future.

The wi-fi cut out quite a few times and couldn't handle downloads, but apart from that I was perfectly happy with the room and location.

We stayed in the comfort Inn for the August bank holiday weekend and while the facility was a little dated, it was clean, comfortable and well located. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. As the weather was extremely warm and there was no air conditioning in the room we were provided with a fan for the duration of our stay and The staff facilitated our requests for extra pillows. The beds were comfortable and the room was plenty big and the shower facilities were sufficient and I must complement the hotel on their crisp white towels and bed linen. We had a drink in the bar on one of the nights and it was pleasant as were the staff.

The hotel is situated directly across from the train station and while the hotel did everything they could to keep out the noise there was still traffic noise during the night from both the trains and regular traffic but perhaps this could also have something to do with my living in the country and not used to sleeping with traffic at night time.

Very convenient located across from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were a good size with a comfortable bed.

I booked a single room and got an upgrade to a double for free. Good size room and bathroom. The room was spotless, had a full length bath with shower and sink. Had about 10 hangers. It is located right next to New Street station. The staff were lovely. It was cheap so I expected it to be dated and it is. For a great location, comfort and price I was happy.

I didn't mind but the lift is small and it's a cage one where you need to close the inner door yourself. Some might not be keen. The hotel were great but trying to get an Uber was a nightmare because although they park outside the hotel, if you order one from the hotel the Uber app makes you go to the Drop and Go tunnel in the station. So if you intend getting Ubers, be aware of that too.

Room was ok as space,the issue was the nipped shower hose,stained sheets,curtains walls and chair.The above room had the toilet in the right corner of the bed,water flushing so loudly,afraid not to flood the room.Also,the floor above was squeaking and cracking.For a one night sleep/one night stand it is very good,more than two days solo,or family,i would not recommend.Or get the last top ones.

Great location opposite Birmingham New Street Station and minutes to Alexandra Theatre. The beds were comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.
