Comfort and cleanliness. Location is decent.

resort fee $18 and parking $35 plus taxes..not included in nightly rate. I thought I had a decent rate but then once the extra fees were added..it really wasnt a good deal after all. No breakfast included..no microwave..no fridge. Most of these we had known beforehand but after the total price, it didn't feel worth it even with our upgraded room. Just be aware when you book.

It was a really beautiful unique old building. Also fun and whimsical.

Property was listed as wheelchair accessible. It definitely not. We had a ground floor suite so the wheelchair could get in the room. And would be great if you had zero intention of using the bathroom or shower during your stay.

Breakfast was out of this world... superb, kudos to the chef, servers and managers. We have already referred others to come out for a family Breakfast getaway. Having afternoon cocktails outside hit the spot as well. Being able to see the nightly fireworks from the lounge chairs made things fun, along with the outdoor games for kids and adults. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we are considering coming out for the winter dinners in the little cabins. Thanks to Mat, Eddy, and John for all the special attention that made my wife's special birthday more heartfelt and endearing.

Carpets in the hallways and rooms are dated and since your pet friendly a different flooring for those rooms with pets, also we couldn't take advantage of fresh air due to windows permanently shut. Parking charges were a bit disappointing since the location of the hotel give you walking access to a site seeing in the area, it should be understood that guest traveling with vehicles would feel secure with leaving their vehicles on the property and that a parking fee is clearly a cash grab. Should you want to charge for overnight parking for non guest that would be understood. However free parking should be offered to all overnight hotel guest.

I recently stayed at All the Stone Hotel in Niagara Falls and had a wonderful experience. All of their staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and polite. They were very helpful throughout our stay. When I mentioned that my father has a special diet and needed a fridge for some items, they kindly brought a small fridge to our room, which I truly appreciated. We had booked a room with breakfast included, and I must say, the breakfast was delicious! The waitstaff and other team members were also very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, warm, and comfortable. overall, it was a memorable stay for me and my family. A special thanks to Ibrahim, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you for a great experience!

The only thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was that the hotel didn’t provide toothbrushes or toiletries, and some of the amenities were a bit outdated

Our stay was beautiful! The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting — a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved the pool area — the high ceiling, unique architecture, and lounge chairs gave it such a cool, relaxing vibe. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh and delicious in a cozy setting. The location was amazing! We could easily walk to the Falls, stroll through the park, enjoy a nice dinner, and explore the “fun” area with rides and shops for the kids. Everything we needed was right within reach.

I think the only negative was paying for parking-but I think that is just the norm for the area.

Location was amazing. Short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. The original section of the inn is lovely, lobby, restaurant is very nice. The bakery and market is quaint. Dinner was amazing and staff in both restaurant and bar were exceptional. Cute winter village in courtyard and bar areas. Hotel was decorated to the nines for the holidays. Very festive!

The section of the hotel we stayed in was clean but kind of run down, could use updating. The old section of the inn and restaurant is very romantic. Unfortunately, does not carry over to the rooms (rest of the hotel). Was disappointed seeing the room after the lobby, bar, restaurant and bakery.

loved the Christmas bar and the little courtyard set up. wish it was open later than 11:30

smell of weed everywhere. I get it is legal but maybe have a designated area…not in the courtyard where it stays. it was a staff member as well.

The decor was really beautiful, inviting and well maintained! And the courtyard was very enchanting! The cleaning staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly, as well as the staff in the gift boutique ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel could use a little bit of updating especially outdoors where you can see it’s getting a bit rundown and also updates for charging electronic devices (took forever to charge iPhone) and no ports to do so directly however if you don’t have the wall charger block, you can purchase one in the gift shop The tv is analog which makes it very snowy and the batteries were really weak with no back to keep them in place Didn’t use the restaurants on site as they were too overpriced The manager never smiled once during the time we were there

The character of the hotel is very warm and charming. Great location. The dining area was beautiful, the food fantastic!

The price seemed a little high for what you get. Our room did not look like the picture on the website that we booked. It felt like all bulky pieces of furniture and the fireplace were just crammed into the room. There was nowhere in the washroom to set up your toiletries...... we had to go back and forth between the washroom and a sink with a counter set up in the hallway at the doorway entrance. The smell of the chlorine in the pool area was extremely strong...... so strong that we could not use it. You could actually smell it walking up the hallway from the other end.
