We were in London for The Battle of Ideas in Church House, so location was the main reason for booking The Westminster (10 minute walk away) but convenience turned out to be only one reason we'll stay again. Staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and were very pleased with the menu and the meal. Our corner room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Some of the breakfast items were cold unfortunately but for the most part what was on offer was okay.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were amazing — so welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was gorgeous, beautifully designed, and definitely worth the price. The location was perfect for sightseeing and super convenient for events like BST Hyde Park. The buffet breakfast was spot on every morning, and the concierge service was excellent at arranging taxis and giving local tips.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. A better view from the room would’ve been nice, but it didn’t take away from how great the overall experience was.

The location is ideal, situated in a safe neighborhood where it's easy to navigate on foot, by bus, or by train. I particularly enjoyed the coffee shop and the water refill station. Additionally, the view was fantastic; however, I had to pay extra to secure a room on a higher floor.

One of the towels was torn. At this price per night, it's simply unacceptable to have towels with holes. Additionally, it feels unusual to enter a room and find yourself immediately in the bathroom. It was also very noisy at night, as you could hear what people are talking while walking in the corridor.

The front desk and concierge we're fantastic. Room services was good. The bed are confortable.

We have a comer room, the hall was ro dark to get to our room. Also no water in the room, you have to filled out your bottle in the nearby water station near the elevators.

The food at breakfast was perfect & the staff were always friendly. Our room was always cleaned everyday & could not fault this.

I didn’t like the new set up off the room, the toilet door doesn’t close all the way which leaves a gap & the lighting in the room especially the shower is very dark & no mirrors in the main bedroom part. The staff also wouldn’t accept our Scottish money, it says online that the hotel accepts cash but refused ours.

Location was excellent. Close to tube station and good bus service too. Staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size for London.

Couldn't regulate temperature in the room. Sometimes it was too cold and other times too hot. Breakfast was a bit hectic. Could be queueing for 10 minutes to get fresh cooked eggs or omelettes. Toast makers were a bit hit and miss.

Loved the location and the quality of the rooms.

Our bijou room was well appointed, clean and well situated for our experience in London. The dining room was well appointed and offered value for money. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of choice. The stand-out of our stay was the warm reception and the cordiality of the Lobby Hosts. Especially Vee Jay who was a delight and so helpful in assisting us with directions.

Our only concern was, for a 9 night stay the room was as stated bijou - small for 2 people. Ideal for business personnel or just a couple of nights for 2 people.

AC not working correctly, not pleasant restaurant experience, breakfast really busy, we had to wait to be seated

Then location of the hotel can t be beaten, practically next to The British Tate Gallery. It is a nice neighbourhood and i had a room that looked on a very quiet street, The room was perfect for a solo traveller, I liked the modern design. The Concierge service was always ready and efficient to provide assistance.I travelled with 2 friends and we had a very good stay.

Fresh fruit and some salmon at breakfast would have been nice, there were long queues in front of the coffee machines. The staff tended to cram people into one part of the restaurant so that breakfast tended to be a noisy affair on the first day, afterwards we could stay in the quieter and emptier part.
